"It really is a nice hotel but they're lacking staff during the summer months.. Stayed for 4 nights and we wanted house keeping every day and they did it once and left the dead bolt on while we were gone for 4 hours and only did half the job. Ordered food, it came wrong twice for the same order... The pool was draining while my kids were in it and I called the front desk to tell them it was draining, they send 2 guys and they walked to look and said yeah it is and we're not sure why and left not sure if it got fixed as we left right after. The cabana wasn't open to order drinks as they had lack of staff. Apart from all of that. A beautiful hotel and lots to do. The adventure pass is worth it. The Mountain roller coaster was very good."
