We loved the layout and space of our two bedroom suite. The best restaurants and shopping were at our doorstep. We were just not impressed with the cooling system. It was in April and the afternoon sun was coming in the windows which made it very warm. Too warm for sleeping. When we closed the blinds and tried to adjust the temperature, it wouldnt change. The beds were uncomfortable because of the type of matress cover they used. Its on the street so you will get some steeet noise. Was happy when we arrived early and they had our suite ready and let us in.

Lovely Apartment

2 bed apartment was clean and modern, in a great location for downtown Revelstoke. Very limited clothes storage, just hooks in the rooms to hang up clothes. No wardrobes or hangers. Seemed to be for shortstay, although had a fully equipped kitchen with full range and fridge freezer which would be ideal for a long stay! Both televisions didnt work, so I emailed at the start of our 2 day stay (some sort of hdmi/wifi issue). Had an auto response reply, but no other response(ever) or anyone come to fix the issue. We noticed that another apartment seemed to be having the same issue so might have been the whole building? However, we would stay again as they are lovely apartments in a great location.

Great place to stay once they figure things out… TV’ we’re not working and we’re not able to be fixed. After multiple complaints they moved us to a different room where one tv worked out of two (good enough) hot tub was not accessible at 10 am as posted, guessing this is due to their digital approach and timers. Seems promising, but currently staff not able to utilize properly at this time.

liked excellent kitchen appliances in unit. didn't like that rjeu only provided 2 sets of plates and only 2 sets of cutlery which made using the dishwasher inneficient and too time and energy consuming.and therefore we had to wash by hand. The sink in the bathroom was too narrow; it was so narrow that I could not shave or wash my face above it without getting a lot of water on the floor; it was narrower than the pipes below it that protruded out farther from the wall

Great location but description needs updating

Had a great stay at Basecamp - the rooms were very comfortable and it's in a fantastic location. Our one difficult was the stairs - didn't understand that there was no lift to the rooms and then more stairs once you were in the room. Also the room was advertised to have a washer/dryer which it didn't.
