We had a marvellous stay at the Coast Hillcrest. All the staff were amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the servers in the restaurant. Food was very good and Etienne was our charming server. We had a couples massage with Agnes and Riley at the Serenity Spa and that was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed at the Hillcrest again on our return drive.

The view out of the room was horrible, and there was a constant hum of the electric generator coming from the outside. We also discovered giant beetles in the room. The ice machine was broken and there was no complimentary water in the room.
