I️ have stayed at the Sandman Revelstoke many times and have nothing but good things to say! Friendly staff, clean rooms, lots of parking and security monitoring parking lots during sledding season. I️ also love how accommodating they are for late check-ins!

I go for my sons hockey "Revelstoke Grizzlies" As soon as I call they know it is me 👌 And if needed I go early to check in no questions asked . Great service They ensure the room is nice clean and tidy if needed they have washers and dryers

We traveled to Revelstoke as part of a Hockey Team. We had 26 rooms booked. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. We were able to take advantage of their meeting room for team meals and meetings. We would definitely stay again next year

We have stayed at the Sandman Hotel in Revelstoke on multiple occasions. From the friendly hassle-free check-in, to all of the wonderful staff I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so very much for all of the great service!

This was a great place for us to stop with our two dogs. We were able to park right next to the door to our room. They even gave us dog treats when we checked in. We were far enough off the highway that the highway noise didn't bother us and there were several nice grassy areas for the dogs to walk on. It felt like the room was newly renovated, it was nicely decorated and clean. The room was spacious, with 2 Queen beds, a long bureau and a small table to sit at. The usual fridge, microwave and coffee maker were present. The linens were nice, the beds were comfy -- although a bit soft -- there was a lot of space to hang clothes, and the bathroom was neat and tidy with a big counter. There are various options for breakfast nearby including a McDonalds and a Starbucks.

Stayed here for two nights and had several issues. Toilet was running when we got into the room and loose tobacco was strewn on the desk. For some reason, maid service never cleaned our room for the second night. An older lady at the front desk was surly and not helpful.

My husband and I stay at the Sabdman the second week of September. On arrival to the Room the initial appraisal was updated and okay. However, we soon realized the toilet and bathroom floor had not been cleaned nor the floors vacuumed. There was a pair of someone's dirty socks under the drapes and q-tips on the floor. P The furniture had not been dusted. I spoke to the front desk, they didn't have another room to offer but would have house keeping clean for us asap. We wen out and when we came back the room had been vacuumed and dusted and bathroom cleaned. The area of the microwave over and under still was not done. Left a note for housekeeping the next morning and the job was done. The halls and stair wells in the building we were in needed cleaning and updating.

We recently spent the night at this hotel, if you can all it that. We were put in the back part of the hotel that was suppose to be non-smoking but it wreaked of old stale cigar and pipe smoke. The floor was dirty and there was no elevator even though I had my 80 year old mother with me. On first glance the rooms looked ok but discovered at bedtime that the rooms were filthy and there was no phone in the room. When I brought that up to the General Manager the next morning he gave me his email to send him the pics I had taken but when I tried to send it, guess what, no such email exists. Will never stop here again! P.S. The power went off twice and I had to listen to the smoke detectors beep all night.

We stayed for one night. The room was updated, as was the bathroom. There is a pool and Lukewarm "hot tub". Still enjoyable without the hot,hot tub!. Beds are comfy and the pillows are great. Highlight of the hotel is the staff. All staff we came in contact with was friendly and approachable. We'll stop in again if I'm revelstoke last minute 🙂 Thank you.

Revelstoke is a good place to spend the night if you are traveling between Jasper and Kamloop. However this hotel is old and you can tell from the condition of the hallways, the rooms, and the linens. They were very busy when we came and the staff at the front desk seemed to have their hands full. They seemed irritated when we asked where to find our room. This place has no restaurant, but there is a Denny's close by. When we went for dinner, Denny's had a long line of people waiting to register their names. The alternatives were the McDonalds, Tim Hortons and A&W across the main road.
