All inclusive with all the amenities! We had a two bedroom suite which had a wonderful patio, den, full kitchen and even laundry room. The issue for me was the lighting was so poor. With all the lights on, the room was still dark. The other issue was the size of the bedroom. There was a tiny 2 drawer dresser that made it almost impossible to get to the closet. I put both my suitcases in the closet with all my clothes. There was working light in the closet! We did enjoy the shops, and restaurants.

Stayed here twice recently, on both occasions our suite was clean, spacious and well stocked. Large bathroom. The staff were helpful and courteous. Underground parking was a bonus. However, currently there isn't much in the evening. More dining and bar options after 7pm would be great though there is a lot of construction opposite the hotel including a future steak house.

Beautiful property!! Went for my Bachelorette and it was so beautiful. Only bad thing was that my fiance did try to set up flowers and wine upon arrival to suprise me and the hotel did not make that happen, so I was a little sad about that. Love the staff (all Australians mostly) and the property as there was so much to do there. Another cute little experience i had was when i was checking out one of the ladies brought some stuff up to our room the night before as we went for supper and she says, "I loved your room, it was set up so awesome and there was willies everywhere!" 😂😂😂 good little laugh there. Will return again.

I have stayed at Sutton place in another city, Revelstoke had the same quality service and amenity. The room, however, had older carpet that doesn’t seem very clean, and the king had 2 big dents in it. Very disappointing.
