Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with my family early March. The resort is fabulous. No complaints whatsoever. Incredible location, ski in ,ski out. Accommodation is definitely 5 star. The staff at the Sutton Place were terrific. Especially, Martina she took great care of us, she went above and beyond. We will be back next year!!!

Our room was exceptional with well stocked kitchen, wonderful view, comfortable beds. Hot tub, pool and gym were great. Found great signage, easy to find way around hotel. We had a view of the mountains. The 2 balconies made it possible to take in the view. We did not use the restaurant but it looked quite inviting.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sutton Place Hotel in Revelstoke. Perfect ski in ski out location at this amazing mountain and highly recommend staying here. The Sutton gives perfect access to the mountain village and the town is just a quick drive away. The hotel amenities and staff were excellent. Special thanks to Chris who went above and beyond to make sure our Texas crew felt right at home! He made sure we had everything we needed and helped plan our time in the town. We will be coming back and can't wait to see our friends at the Sutton place again

We came out here for a girl’s trip in the mountains, and we could not have asked for more from Revelstoke. Amazingly long runs, good variety, ski in/ski out at Sutton Place made it easy to maximize time on the mountain. Sutton Place was perfect...huge room was plenty for 6 girls. Underground heated parking for $10 a day and valet was well worth it. The staff was amazing, especially Chris. He was so helpful from the second we walked to the second we left. Chris made sure our room had everything we needed, detailed suggestions of where to spend our time, and arranged for transportation to/from town. Chris and Sutton Place made our trip perfect, and we highly recommend for anyone dedicated to mountain getaways.

We stayed at the Sutton Place from Feb 20-24th. Weather was very cold (-18 c). Hotel is great for ski-in/ski-out. However, more fun and better night life in town. Shuttle was good but infrequent trips. Service at hotel was amazing. Nice people who are managing guests and condo owners equally well. A shout out to Chris who helped me get my luggage to the car underground including loading it in the trunk. Now that is service! Plan to come back every year!

Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, full equipment, outstanding service, lovely people. Jacuzzi with the view is UNREAL. Breakfast location is fascinating too and the views surrounding you are just hard to describe! Would definitely recommend to others and I will be back 100 percent.

Stayed in two different rooms both facing the Columbia river, both very comfortable and quiet. Front line staff were very accommodating and helpful. Both rooms had full high end kitchen facilities comfy beds, balconies and WiFi. Restaurant had good choices for those looking for healthy alternatives. The best ski in or ski out I have encountered. The mountain is phenomenal.

I stayed at the Revelstoke Mountain Resort back in September with my sister. We had an amazing time. The views were absolutely amazing. Our bedroom was incredible, very clean and comfortable, one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in , which we needed badly after a tiring week at work. We used the mountain coaster and it was incredible. Staff were very polite and we were well looked after. Food was so good too. Can’t wait to go back for another relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend it. Tip - don’t forget to use that hot tub and take some nice pics !

Outstanding ski in/out. Had a 2 bedroom unit facing the mountain. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. The customer service within the property was excellent. Beds were great. Clean and enjoyable hot tub. Free shuttle in Revy. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed at Sutton Place 6 years ago and were delighted by the experience, hence why we rebooked this year without hesitation. We paid $3,820 for 4 days. To sum up: still great amenities and location, but hotel staff fail at every touch point. If the room was booked for 6, we would have expected 6 bathrobes, and 6 covers without having to ask. Lack of details. TV constantly kept on cutting signal. You could blame the cable company, you could also blame management for not getting it fixed by the cable company, bottom line : other hotels have TV, it’s not even a topic. The Sandman gets TV. As for the WIFI, if you expect to keep in touch with the office at the end of the ski day, forget about it. The six of us could not believe the signal gyrations on the phones, third world country WIFI. Lack of details. The Sandman has an unbroken WIFI. Very small 2-bedroom « suites » lack free space. Not the hotel’s fault but travelers should understand there is no free space left once the hide-a-bed is open. Contour sheet don’t exist so not possible to properly do the bedding in sofa bed. Single beds also did not have contour sheets (?). Lack of details. While preparing dinner, we called to get a bowl for each person. They never came. Only the day after (?). They had to come twice to get us ...2 extra chairs because guess what? We booked for 6. Housekeeping was terrible. Had to call in the evening twice. Even then, it was hurried and spotty at best. They were hanging to toilet paper like it was gold, always had to ask. Apart from that, amenities are great : working kitchen, fully stocked with useful utensils, bathrooms are oversized vs total footage but great when you have them to yourself. Washer/dryer are great. Sound proof from the outside corridors. Fireplace worked. Underground parking is great, chariots for luggage people can share, from there you can access the 2 large outside hot tubs where there is a snack/bar counter ...that we never saw open (?). While it’s fun everybody can bring beers, there were trash cans everywhere at 19:00, not a pretty site, hotel should clean up more often. Lack of details. Desperate to get wifi, I sat at the lobby for couple of hours. There was a lot of staff here, the free coffee machine got a lot of attention, too bad they don’t put more staff in housekeeping where it’s needed. Generally speaking, front desk staff is not very charming, engaging or smiling, kind of off-putting and looking at their screens even after walking up to them. I left plastic card keys instead of throwing them away. I had to clarify twice to the girl I was not checking out, no listening skills, it’s as if it’s the only thing she can do: checkouts. Robotic. And wait until you get run up from behind in elevators by the staff who talk like you don’t exist. Absolutely no value here, constant headaches during your vacation, I don’t think I would like to discuss further with management, all details to fix are here, it costs us a lot to learn them, we had better value at Sandman at a lower rating.
