We left in the notes we had our daughter in a wheelchair, (she's cp and autism), they put us on the second floor so we ended up carrying her.. because in a fire we can't use the elevator with her wheelchair. Then we get to the room and the WiFi is not working, we tried EVERYTHING, even our hotspots on our phones to the tv. Went to front desk, the came to our room couldn't figure it out either and said, "give it some time". Which is not how WiFi works but ok. (Neither spoke English well) So we went back down saying it still wasn't working, the lady was NOT nice about it, said we could go to another room. (We needed WiFi to work for her stimming shows etc) we get to a new room same problem. So obviously none of their TVs have WiFi access like they said, and they did not want to help us or figure it out (or couldn't ?) long story shorter, we turned both sets of rooms keys in and left, having only been there not even 2 hours. And zero reimbursement.
