The receptionist was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The bed very comfortable, great shower, great hairdryer. Good towels, toiletries and linen. The room was very clean. It was little tardy in places but for the value I overlooked. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very convenient for the M25. Comfortable bed and good breakfast, smoked haddock excellent and very generous portion of smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Unfortunately room not over clean, there was dust on the cobwebs in the bedhead lights and the room not well serviced between sleeps!

My recent stay was a disappointing experience, as the property's exterior allure proved to be completely misleading. Inside, the hotel felt old and neglected. The room was in poor condition, with a strong smell of damp, and was not properly cleaned, as seen in the dirty shower head and un-vacuumed carpets. The lack of a working thermostat made the room uncomfortably hot, and I was forced to use a fan. For the high price I paid, the value was simply not there. Overall, it was a scruffy and uncomfortable experience that I would not recommend.
