The community is conveniently located right next to the Rehoboth-Lewes bike trail sytstem. (Bikes in photo are NOT available for guest use). There is a bedroom and full bath on the first level and two additional bedrooms on the third level. Close to Outlet Shopping, Restaurants, Walking Trails and Basketball courts too! Up to 2 Dogs permitted with $300 minimum pet fee per dog and addendum. Breed restrictions may apply. Bonus: There is no guest cleaning fee with this property AND the owner graciously supplies 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit for your use. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
