Ready for a tour:   Upon entering the townhouse,  the spacious foyer offers a large closet to hold your belongings, as well as garage access for your bikes, beach buggy and beach gear.  The first-floor also offers a serene sea-shell themed bedroom with a queen sized bed and an en-suite bath. This bedroom also has a private, covered patio from which to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The second floor features a large and airy open floor plan incorporating the living and dining areas and kitchen.  The sectional sofa, chairs and dining table are perfect for watching your favorite shows on the smart TV or enjoying games  and cards with the family.   Off the living area, you find a lovely screened porch with comfortable furniture  from which you can hunker down with a good book or enjoy a cold beverage, coffee or conversation at any time of day or night.  The chef in the group will enjoy whipping up a gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, granite countertops and an island for prep work or serving a buffet dinner.  In addition, the dining area features a table with seating for six; an additional café table in the kitchen offers seating for two.   The second floor conveniently features a powder room as well.   Let's head to the third floor with 2 separate primary suites!    Sail away in the first primary bedroom . . . a calming oasis in shades of indigo!  This room offers a King bed, large dresser with mirror, walk-in closet and a large en-suite bath with a double sink and access to a deck. Sheets and towels are not provided, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
