The property was very clean. Although it appears to have been built for rental, it was serviceable. Supplies were basic but adequate.You should bring your own kitchen knives, with the supplied set it’s impossible to tell which is the cutting edge. Also bring a cutting board, the built-in one is plywood which is delaminating in places leaving voids where anything might culture although it didn’t appear anything yet had.Otherwise our biggest complaint was the constant whine and gurgle of the hot tub which, even though we didn’t use it, we were instructed to not shut it off. It’s not terribly loud with the sliding door closed but the few times it shuts off for a few minutes the silence is notable.

We had a great stay. The host was very flexible with our needs and accommodated our stay to the best of his abilities. There were all kitchen items we needed for our meals. Favorite was the large corner window and hot tub. Only downfall was the very steep driveway that we were not use to.

Graduation

My family stayed here for the weekend to watch me graduate from Simpson. The house had enough room and a beautiful view. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. They had plenty of towels and extra. The internet can be hit or miss, but it was fun to go downstairs and play ping pong. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make some great home cooked meals.

Cute little country home and town for a family getaway close to home

Loved the places around to explore with the fam and that we're only a few minutes away from either direction to shopping groceries and gas, and the neighbors are all quiet and seemed nice. Hot tub water was a little green, but otherwise we don't have anything bad to say. Would recommend to others and may come back for another getaway with the family again

Perfect Spot !!

This was the perfect spot for a couple of families to stay while in Redding playing baseball! It had ample sleeping space as well as plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax after a long day of baseball! The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items need to cook meals for our families. It was very clean and well maintained! And the owners were super quick to respond with any questions! We will definitely stay again when we are back in that area!!
