was told room was not ready at my 5pm arrival. Had to wait in the lobby another 30 minutes for the maid to finish cleaning the room even thought the hotel parking lot was empty. I guess all the rooms were dirty still. Bed is stiff and coils can be felt in your back. Postives- nice hot shower with massage option. Warm free breakfast eggs potatos sausage patties and waffles breads juices coffee yougurt. Room was quiet you could not here any freeway noise like some of the other hotels in thia area

Very dirty room, poor condition, breakfast not very good

Good Breakfast. Mold on the drapes & bedding was not as adequate

Hotel door was broken as if someone had tried to kick it in. Room smelled weird. Shower and sink didnt drain. One of the beds was broken on one side. And, the person who checked me didnt return my credit card. Paid $106 dollars to stay in a substandard room. Across the street was at $49 motel 6, I should have stayed there, instead I trusted Orbits. Never again, completely disatisfied.

If you are handicap ,the only rooms are rooms with king sized beds If you need two beds, which I did this time, you get just a regular room down stairs. These rooms do not give you much room to move around also the bathroom door is not wide enough for a walker to pass through. Also has a regular bathtub. Now after this being said it is a pleasant place to stay.

This hotel is very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone for business or pleasure.

nothing special about property, good location , property very worn, staff good, security just ok , quite, easy in and out.

We were there to visit Mt. Lassen on our way back to Concord from our vacation in WA and OR. Most hotels/motels are to pricey for what you get. Chose QI for the affordable rate. Not too impressed with this place. The buildings were cheaply and sloppyly built. Felt like we were in Mexico. Otherwise we had a good night sleep, thanks to the humming sound from the airconditioner that drown out the uninvited noise from the outside.

Hotel room was average but air conditioning unit was very loud & kept waking me up every 20 min. Bed was small although pillows were ok. The entire facility really needs to be remodeled. Breakfast ended early at 9 but usually at 10am at other hotels in the area I have stayed in. I will not be staying here in the future unless the hotel has been renovated. Sorry for the honest but blunt review. Thank you.

I really rarely leave any reviews but if I can save you a night like ours, then I will. :) We got there and the room (which was supposed to be non smoking) smelled like a chain smoker had lived there for 30 yrs.! We risked leaving the room window open with all our stuff in it (on the ground floor) just to try and reduce the smell when we had to leave the room for a meeting. When we went to open the curtain to open the window, we found a wet washcloth that had been left there (YUCK). So, we just figured, ok....we'll push through, it's only 1 night. But....The crowning moment came when we ordered a roll out bed for my 16 yr. old son to sleep on. They wheeled it in and upon 5 minutes of opening the bed up, the whole room started to really reik?! What is that smell?? After a couple of minutes of sniffing, we identified the rollaway stunk like skunk (or should I say skunk "weed"#! It was awful, really!! We called the front desk to have another sent.....we waited, waited, called again #said they hadn't checked yet#, waited, waited....finally gave up and stripped it down to just the cot and wiped it the best we could #stuffing the mattress and stinking bedclothes in the closet!!# Thank God we had brought a sleeping bag! Poor guy. Finally at 11:00pm they called to ask if we still needed it?! Really?? Especially when we called the 2nd time we stated the smell issue plainly! The thin walls, lumpy bed and loud guests were just more of a bonus. As I said, I'm really am a low maitenance person but I couldn't believe I paid $90.00 for this? I would have been much better off bringing my tent trailer! The one positive I do have to say is that there is good water pressure in the shower... :) Save yourself a painful night and please don't stay here.

We were in Redding to visit family when we had to get a hotel asap due to a sick family member. We found that the Quality Inn had nice clean rooms, friendly service and a nice breakfast including sausage and eggs. This location is great and is in ideal spot for "Kool April Nights". We definitely will return to this hotel.

The hotel name should read; "No Quality Inn " Instead of Quality Inn. Dirty (very!) bad, old rooms. The door had adout a 3/4 of an inch hole. The air condition old and and very noisy even though it works cannot let you sleep. The bathroom and the room furnitures are dirty. The Wireless Internet connection is unreliable.
