Room 123 Was still under construction And we were still placed in that room. This room had not been fully cleared of the workers tools. It had a smell like cigarette . And door was missing side of framing, so it has no upper lock. (I took pictures 😡) Save to say will NEVER stay here again. ONLY PLUS, was the front desk staff were awesome!

Blood in the bathroom on the door seal and hair in the bathroom sink

Total confusion throughout the check in process. Poor amenities in room and poor room design. Staff tried to fuction well but were faced with enourmous problem.

Front desk gal was pleasant and checking in was fast and easy. The bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The room was clean and A/C was on so it was nice to escape the heat and feel cool. The room was spacious but the furniture was needing to be replaced as it looked in bad shape. Painting and keeping up on maintenance inside and out is needed. Overall was a good place to stay.

Good pillows

Overall a pretty disappointing experience. Upon arrival, there was a significant line with one overwhelmed employee and one trainee on duty. Neither employee wore masks and there were 5-10 people in the lobby for the 30 minutes I waited to check-in. None of the listed amenities were available which I was not informed of until check-in. The property itself was partially surrounded by razor wire fencing and clearly not in a great stretch of the busy street it was on. The room was rundown, the sounds from the hallway were incredibly loud and people were coming and going all night long. This is marketed as a pet and family-friendly hotel with no accommodations for either (no pet area and zero indication of being family-friendly). My family will definitely NOT be back.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Easy check-in through Orbitz. Morning breakfast was great

Hotel is conveniently located on Hilltop which has many restaurants and retail stores needed. The staff was extremely nice and courteous, we felt very comfortable. Great price $66/king size bed, which was so comfortable I slept like a baby. We travel a lot and appreciate the little things...the lobby had flavored water which was refreshing, and the free breakfast included eggs, bacon/sausage/potatoes, Spanish omelet, Belgian waffles 3 flavors (small suggestion-put a note that you have to turn the waffle maker when the buzzer starts), although everyone told each other so that's a great way to meet people! Pastries/muffins/bagels/boiled eggs (great idea), and fresh fruit/yogurt/cereal, coffee/oj/milk reg & 2%....everything for a great start to the day! The room was quiet and very clean. Had a refrig w/freezer, tv, microwave, iron & board, hairdryer, large closet with mirrored doors! There was an outlet on the bedside table to charge your phone, very handy. Nice shower with high waterhead and curved shower curtain rod for more space...my 6'3" husband loved it. He also appreciated the Kleenex holder on the wall, very convenient. And my pet peeve, usually the toilet paper is next to the toilet in that tight space, but it was on the wall in front of the toilet!!! Brownie points for that, and it went over the waterfall, not under! The windows actually could be opened and slid easily. We definitely will stay here again! Thanks to the staff, great job!

Excellent people and place we will plan to go there next month

I liked the staff. Very friendly, and attentive. Amazing

Checked with no issues. Once we got to our room it smelled severely of cigarettes. Front desk was very helpfully and got us a new room at no extra.

Air conditioner didn’t work and after we complained were told they don’t have maintenance staff for weekend. Not clean , doors were broken. Bathroom really terrible.

Checked in with cash but was charged (visa) anyway. Given keys for wrong room 2x (which meant hiking up 2flights of stairs with luggage and child, late at night, 2x). Breakfast was terrible. Pool was clean.

Shady looking hotel in Redding. I have found QualityInn at other locations to be much better. Better avoid this place if you are staying with your family.

Horrible Staff, Moose refused to even grant our reservation

The pillows are really great, the soft ones especially. If you ever want one, I would be happy to sell you one at my cost. Thank you!

We are sorry you were not happy, the razor wire you see is surrounding an adjacent properties parking lot. It is a high security government office, so they are doing their due diligence in keeping their property secure. It is on one stretch of fencing which is about 50' long, our property is a few acres and there is thousands of feet of fencing, none with razor wire. All our employees wear masks and we have them available for guests too, I did look at the cameras when you arrived and I did see that a mask was taken off when she was trying to communicate with a guest who asked her to remove it. I will speak with her about alternative methods. Our rooms are freshly renovated as of April 2020, we are currently starting on the bathrooms, but due to the virus money for all businesses was tight and it will not be completed until years end in 2021. The employees were not overwhelmed and after looking at the cameras there was never more than 3 people at the desk during that 8 hour shift, I will however chat with her to make sure she was not. Lastly we have a beautiful pet area available. It has a big grass area, 3 picnic tables, a fake fire hydrant for our 4 legged friends, umbrellas and even a bbq area, with a new doggie disposal station. Thank you for your review.
