The gentleman who checked me in was very kind, offered me help and made sure that I had everything that I needed. The carpet had been freshly shampooed. I slept well.
The room smelled terrible of smoke and the a/c kept turning itself off .

The room itself was ok, they don’t give enough toilet paper, housekeeping didn’t arrived, and the room had ants.
This hotel is a hot spot for drugs. There is nothing I can say good about it. Our room was filthy with stains on all the furniture and curtains. It was so dirty my wife refused to use the bathroom. There was no mini frig or microwave like was advertised. We didn’t even ask for a refund before leaving to another hotel 30 minutes down the road. I didn’t want to give them the chance to say no and rent it out to some other sucker.
The heater was super loud. Don’t feel carpets were cleaned . Looked like dog hair on carpet.
ACand the fridge are too noisy. room carpet appears to be old and dull.
Busy, had 18 rooms rented to the fire displaced families.

when i was checking in the front desk person had this mannerism that he knew everything. just rude. He said i had booked online and i couldn't have another room which was the same as mine. I asked to be moved due to room being at the stairs and he was uncooperative. The key to the pool area was hard to open and he had to come and open it for me and he did. He acted like i was helpless and that he was superior. I travel alot and i did not appreciate the attitude.
After driving 12 hrs it was great to be able to check in early. Breakfast was great with many more selections than expected. Front desk staff was especially friendly and easy to talk to. Would stay again.
Very clean and nice and quiet, breakfast was good especially the waffles. Had free wifi & HBO. The beds were clean and the bath was nice also. I enjoyed it plus near alot of restaurants.
The receptionist was very friendly when we arrived for our late check in. The reservation was made while we were on the road. The room was large and clean. It was a little warm - maybe the air conditioner hadn't been on long enough. When I opened the refrigerator to put my water inside, heat came out of it (in room refrigerators never seem to be cold enough, but this was worse.) All the pillows on the bed were lumpy. The breakfast was basic but was fine for our needs. I would stop there again if I needed a place to sleep for the night but would not use it for any longer.
Judging from the furniture stacked outside our room, I'd say the owners are making an effort to upgrade this hotel. Upgrades should be made to the sound proofing between rooms! Our upstairs neighbors got in after 11pm and woke us both up by merely walking around in their room. We could hear muffled conversations and the television, but were totally grossed out by how clearly sounds from their bathroom activities were transmitted to our room! P-U!
Staff was excellent. Bed sheets and comforter had cigarette burns on them, which was very off putting. But otherwise room was clean. Hotel was very easy to get to and was super conveniently located to get on and off the highway. Most importantly the hotel was very close to the casino and was a far more reasonable price.
Had a very restful experience . All the amenities are very close . No outside noise.
Pricing is usually competitive for what you get at this hotel. Room sizes and cleanliness are ok. Breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly.
