Hotel front staff are extremely rude. Looked down on me because I booked through expedia instead of booking through them. The check in person said since I booed through expedia I have to pay $100 deposit and the reason why the person in fro t of me didn't was because she booked through their website which I didn't even ask about the ladies information anyways. We got checked in around 11pm mind you our itinerary says how many children we have and the ages. I have a 2 year old and infant. We get in our room and we get constant calls supposedly about complaints of noise that sounded like “fight” i have a screaming toddler that i was trying to keep quiet and calm down for bed while just getting in our room and bringing out things in not to mention some man punched the wall so hard it scared my kids and shook the whole wall. We woke up at 7 am because thats what time our babies get up and we instantly get a call complaining. This hotel does not like people with children and I see that through the many comments regarding people staying here at this hotel. Like if you cant handle families with kids stay in an air bnb. Hotels constantly have families with children. As for the staff if you cant handle families with children I think you better find a better job or just shut your hotel down. I recommend not staying here if you have little children

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Beds and pillows were comfortable and soft. Breakfast was good, other than a pancake machine that did not work properly. I recommend switching it out with a waffle maker instead. The only negative review would be the pool area, very run down, hot tub not working properly and the chlorine content was so high you could smell it through the lobby.
