I had reserved a king bed suite for two nights. I was given a room with two queen beds and on my second night my room keys were deactivated. The room was not properly cleaned there were bottle caps from the previous occupants and a dirty sock left in the room. I have never had these issues before and have stayed here multiple times before none the less our last stay was extremely disappointing.

Tess and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our special weekend even more special. The rooms and lobby were sparkling clean and the beds so comfortable. Thank you!! We will definitely return. Hilary & Jonathan

Good location to do business in the area. A beautiful area with mixed options of activities. Good food around and very friendly staff.

The staff wasn't always available at the front desk, but when they could be found they were helpful, friendly and courteous. The accessible room we had was at the opposite end of the hall from. The elevator which makes little sense. The elevator was filthy and should be cleaned regularly. The room was satisfactory. The breakfast was as to be expected. The pool area was out of towels, but seemed fine overall. The entry is inviting as is the lobby, but 2nd floor just outside the elevator had a very heavy chemical odor I couldn't identify, but didn't smell healthy. I wouldn't choose this hotel again personally, but it's probably nicer than other options as there's not a lot in Red Bluff to choose from.

We arrived very late and no one was at the desk. I also couldn’t find the house phone even though there’s a sign for one. Otherwise it was good.

Expected better. I’m not a picky person but the room was very dirty. The carpets were very stained. There were stains all over the curtains and worst of all....stains on the sheets on one bed. Long black hair in sink and on counter. I won’t be staying here again. Sorry. You asked for a review. Staff was very pleasant and caring.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and the 2nd was as good as the 1st. Great breakfast. Don't miss using the hot tub and no one was there my last 2 visits, but bring a radio. Free cookies are great, Jennifer at check in very helpful. This is a great hotel.

Great Service. Was actually misdirected here by orbitz misleading web posting that make the hotel appear to be in Redding. Sometimes, things just work out. Great breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was terrific...much nicer than most hotels offer. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel rooms and property are in tip top shape and nicely appointed. Though this hotel is close to the freeway and I did hear a train go by just before we went to bed, I was not awakened by any noise later on, though I typically sleep light. I would definitely stay here again if passing through Red Bluff and highly recommend it.
