We didn't like the fact that when we walked into the room it was not cleaned properly. The trash was not emptied and the floor was not swept and the table was not wiped either. We didn't know until AFTER the booking that it was a "breakfast to go" because it only says "breakfast included". Snack bars and no lids for the cups is not proper breakfast. I will not be booking here again.
Good: staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Bad: rooms were run down, the chrome on the bathroom sink was peeling off, there were stains on the countertop. The beds were super uncomfortable. Breakfast option consisted of coffee and packaged oatmeal ( no lids for the cups). Ugly: we had to ask for utensils at the front desk ( unit had a kitchenette) and they gave us a Tupperware container filled with dishes, cups and silverware to carry back to our room. The room was also extremely overpriced! I would have expected to pay no more than $150/night, but instead payed more than double that. Extremely disappointed.
This hotel appears to be a transitional housing solution for people in difficulty. Although our room did not smell like cigarettes, every item we brought inside was drenched with cigarette smoke by the time we got to our room, it reeks. Some of the colorful characters came looking for trouble and I was not comfortable with small children here. The staff was very kind and warm. I mistakenly thought this place catered mostly to business travellers since it is located in a business park -- totally wrong!
I was in town for a couple days of business meetings. Facility was comfortable and staff was great and accommodating. Will definitely book again.

Starting to show its age…but for the money it works
Room did not have any dishes, utensils/silverware, had no coffee maker or tools to use in the kitchen, no plastic water cups, no dish soap.. the fridge was also making a loud clicking sound every few seconds.. Have stayed at dozens of suite-style hotels and have seen the above items in all of them. Isn't that the reason people book suite rooms?! A coffee maker is a basic necessity at the least. Went to the lobby and they still have no takeaway breakfast or coffee machines there because of covid. They still have signs up requiring masks everywhere indoors unless in your room. Although this place was less expensive than other options around the area, the room had literally nothing in it. Oh, and there was some weird speakers installed on the wall above our kitchen sink that was making a crackling/white nose sound constantly. Was someone listening to us or something? Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone unless it's just the most costly place around and you need a place for the night.
It's convenient to Red Bank, priced right, and clean.
Our floor reeked of weed, the room was very outdated, the floors were sticky. We were very disappointed with the price we paid. There were a group of young adults near the hotel that screamed at us as my husband drove around as I checked in so that our son didn’t wake up.
Wish the room was cleaner. The floor was not even swept up with dust bunnies and pieces of debris on the floor.
