Great hotel, but focused on young facilities ra

This is a great, almost brand new, hotel with good spa facilities. It sits in spectacular location with great views of the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good in quality and variety. The only negative is that the hotel name implies a focus on medical spa facilities, hence we expected a quiet spa-like environment. This is not the case - it's a family focused hotel with a lot of children running around and creating noise. Also, there was no enforcement of any rules around the children, we had very young children in the gym, diving into the pool and in the spa area. This detracted from the experience for us.

Great Hotel with thermal waters

Excellent Hotel with thermal pools and great spa. I have also enjoyed their package of 4 procedures per day of different types of treatment for my shoulders. Food for breakfast and dinner was unbelievably good! And there is 4 times a day shuttle to Bansko skiing area and back.
