The resort is very accessible, at least from the south, with directional signs as soon as you enter Ras al Khaimah. The room was very nice, but the bathroom was quite small with only a shower; also, the toilet had some flushing issues. The setting is very pretty and relaxing, and the pool is lovely. Beach access is quite easy, and the beach is beautiful, though not on open water. There is quite a bit of construction taking place across the bay, which eventually will detract from the resort's feeling of seclusion. Room service is 24-hours, and is both reasonable and excellent. The breakfast buffet is well presented but relatively tasteless. The coffee shop is exactly that: they don't know how to make anything but coffee or tea, so stick with the restaurant. Customer service was excellent; they accommodated our every request, and we had quite a few "extras" to ask for--everything from an additional bed and extra linens to a particular kind of phone charger. This was just one night in a week of vacation, but it is a lovely place, and I definitely would consider returning there.
