Extremely sub-par stay

The room was musty, the AC was not running, it barely worked, i killed or saw 4 cockroaches, which i called and complained about, i requested a new room or to cancel my stay, the front desk said they would ask the property manager and i never got a response. Something bit me that caused a bump to form and has not healed at all on my face. Nothing was done to compensate me or make things right and i was never contacted from the management.

I was not very happy when i weren't to the front desk at 5pm. To my surprise no one was there. Lights off everything. I called "0" and was told front desk close at 4pm and if its not an emergency no one is there. I was traveling solo and i felt very uneasy knowing people can do whatever. I don't think ill go back
