They don’t clean rooms everyday but every 4 days. You need anything like clean towels you need to go downstairs to get them. Even though the have a coffee maker in the room they do not replenish it. If you want coffee you need to go down to the lobby to get it. Children screaming adults fighting arguing cuzing in the hall at 4 o’clock in the morning. Called the night receptionist but to no avail. Throughout the 5 night stay my 87 yr old mother and myself hardly got any sleep. Continuous dogs barking and smell of Marijuana. What a nightmare Whilst the staff were very friendly and polite nothing came of my complaints. Refused to refund me the balance of my stay in order to move to another hotel. So mum and I sucked it up. Put on our big girl panties and suffered in silence. All being said the bedroom was clean sheets and bedding very comfortable. At least we had that! I definitely would not recommend it. Nor would I stay there again. Needless to say.

Eeverything was wonderful, brand new hotel! The one issue they are going to have is the slamming of the doors. It's SO loud! They should consider some sort of spring to slow the doors from slamming! Otherwise, what a great new hotel!

I booked a room through a third party back in May 2025. I get a call two days before my stay (July3rd-6th) that the hotel will not be open to the public until July 21st 2025 and they will be canceling my reservation. Here it is July 11th and they are not trying to give me my refund. I even went up to the hotel on July 3rd to get something to show my reservation was cancelled and nothing. Herbert Williams (property manager) you should be ashamed. You’re not even open and have a bad review. You guys really had the nerve to ask me for a review of a hotel I couldn’t even stay at. I WANT MY MONEY. They told me the third party doesn’t know they are not open but if you book on their website, it won’t allow you. WHAT!!!
