Great stay. Room was nice and clean. We had no issues. This place allows pets. Had I known ahead of time, I probably wouldn't have stayed. But it was nice overall. Great area with a lot of nearby stores and restaurants

First of all, I travel for business and pleasure more than 24 weeks of the year, staying at different hotels, including Residence Inns, generally for a week at a time. I have stayed at this Residence Inn several times in the past over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, it no longer meets the high standards I enjoyed in the past. The décor is dated and tired. Although staff friendliness is good, it used to be exceptional. Breakfast is now substandard in its preparation and presentation. This morning, for example, the bacon was “rare,” sausage dry, and scrambled eggs hard. Three days this week, the coffee pot was empty when I went to fill my cup – staff was unaware. This morning, they came close to running out of coffee cups – a staff member had to bring in a fresh supply when we were there. The door lock to my room was difficult to open, multiple insertions of the key card were required to open the door. The door handle was hard to move. I stay at this hotel because of business requirements. I would not stay here otherwise – there are so many other better options.

Over the last 2 years I stay in a Residence Inn whenever one is available. I have never been disspointed. Overall Marriott's are over rated this not the RI. The pet fee is too high compared to other chains but if you stay a long time it's not too bad. It was 100 for the stay, but I only stayed two days. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with hot meats and eggs, the boiled eggs were good too. Pool closed at dark which I didn't like. Overall the pool was good but most RI have hot tubs. This one did not.

While visiting Raleigh for a college tour we decided to stay here for the night. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was pretty convenient. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast. It wasn't bad but they were just out of a lot (and we came down about 1hr before breakfast stopped so it wasn't last minute). But like I said overall the stay was pretty great and I would recommend staying here.

I stayed here because it was close to a dinner meeting/interview. The staff was super pleasant, and reminded me of the Chick Filet restaurant: my pleasure, of course, no problem my pleasure (again) etc etc. I did have a long day and drive so it was ok to hear the upbeat check in staff. The rooms were typical of a residents inn. No wow factor other than service.

I stayed about a week ago Bed was terrible. Not anything like what I expected. I stayed here because of its location. I won't stay at this hotel location again. Lobby and eating are smelled of food. Not very clean. The room was clean but I didn't eat there.

My family stayed at the hotel for 3 1/2 weeks due to home repairs. There were eight of us (4 kids, my parents, my wife and I) and my dog. I can honestly say that EVERY staff member was friendly, kind, helpful, and hard-working. We constantly said to each other how the staff made a really hard situation, being away from home for so long, so much easier. They were the highlight of the time. Housekeeping and maintenance took care of every request, timely and with a smile. The breakfast staff always welcomed us, made us laugh, created fruit animals for my youngest two children, and were always running around during peak times serving guests' needs. The front desk staff was exceptional and answered all questions, smiled at all times, and genuinely cared for our well being while staying there. One staff member even went out and bought chocolate syrup for my little boys when she over heard them say they wanted chocolate milk. I can honestly say that we have never received such high quality service from any hotel staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for many of the hi-tech companies in or near the RTP or Raleigh. Many good places to eat within a short drive. Only a 20 minute drive to Raleigh City centre where I recommend going to a southern BBQ restaurant.

Stayed for three days in a suite, which is basically a 2 bed-room apartment. Nice and clean place, comfortable bed. Full kitchen. However, breakfast is a basic one - something one would like to have in a hurry.

This is a bit of a dated Residence Inn. When I checked in my trash can hadn't been emptied and on one day I returned to my room at 4:15 and it hadn't been serviced. The rooms are comfortable and what I expect from an RI. The desk and hospitality staff are superb. Everyone is friendly and engaging. My only suggestion would be another toaster. On some mornings there were 3 or 4 people lined up for the one very slow toaster. It is a quiet area which I appreciate.
