This Sonesta is, by far, the best hotel value in the entire Triangle area.... believe me, I've tried over a dozen others and no other can compare! Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to EVERYTHING - all at a decent price. What else could you possibly hope for?
Rooms are good and clean. But the elevator and hallway was not clean. The hallway was very smelly and elevator had water spill.
We reserved this Hotel through Orbitz and it did not ask if we had a pet so we had to pay $75 for our poodle which we found out upon check-in. The bathroom floor was dirty, the tub was dirty, and the body wash, conditioner, and shampoo containers were not filled up, the coffee maker was broken, and no one told us they stopped serving breakfast at 8:30 AM so we had to buy breakfast. The whole idea of staying there was because of breakfast and pets were allowed. We were very unhappy to have driven 8 hours for that type of room and service.
We enjoyed staying at Sonesta. This room was spacious. Nice kitchen area stocked with essentials. Office area worked well
I enjoyed my stay and the Staff was Very Hospitable and Pleasant and made you feel at home. I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel clean friendly staff----Power outage from about 7pm--Fri nite up to check out around 9:30 am---NO POWER NO LIGHT. Somewhat frighten for myself and mom.
I reserved two rooms and when we got there, only one was available for us. I had even called earlier that day to clarify that we would be coming later. Person working front desk did not seem to care at all and other two guests had to use pull out bed. Not cool.
