Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $160 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.
We provide one garage door opener. There will be a $75 charge if this is lost or not returned.

Stairs are required to access all parts of the home.
Guests are allowed a maximum of 7 total occupants/visitors at any time throughout their stay including during daytime hours. It was refreshing after a long day to come to Kamp Koral. It was clean with all the necessary amenities including a few snacks. Beds were super comfortable in a safe environment. I would stay here again.
