The tv do not work and no body went to fix it, that i dindt like

It was very quiet at this hotel, even tho it was pretty full, I couldn't hear anyone else, a few times I could hear a door shut, but no other noise really, anytime I needed a dish or towels, someone was at the desk, very awesome!

Check-in was easy. But, the grounds had litter all over the front area. The foyer was dirty and had leaves flying in this area. Carpet was dirty in room. Bathtub had hair in it. The bed seemed clean. The commode had to be flushed or handle be pushed three to five times before it would fully flush. The hotel/building doesn't seem to be maintained. There was dirt and rust running down the outside walls.

The property is outdated, has an odor.Smelled like habitual chain smoker lived in the hotel.Our room had a dead roach on the kitchen floor, kitchen counter/desk area was not wiped and clean.Bathroom sliding door did not slide properly and sink was backed up.There was a stain that was on the carpet that ended up getting on my socks.

I like the property it quiet clean and no drama everyone is very nice and respectful

The cleaning supervisor was extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. I best she should be terminated, at worse she should be demoted. The check on clerk was brilliant but the housekeeper supervisor refused to honor late check out and acted as though she was going to kick door down, she was mental. I had to call Corporate Customer services because to add insult to injury the Dual Operations Manager Deidra Burnett although present refused to pick up phone nor address customer service needs. Great place, experience was ruined.

Dirtiest motel - unkept. Would not recommend if you value cleanliness and safety

We checked in late at night and the staff said there was no more of the room we requested because it had been overbooked. She looked on the computer for about a half hour before finding anything to and all she found was a pet friendly room. The room was smelly and the pull out couch mattress waa dirty and dingy. The rest of the room was relatively clean but not in good condition, for example the clock was broken and the shower didn't work well and it was just not comfortable. Would not recommend.

The room was ok. I did not like the fact that the water went out so I had to go to a family members house to shower and brush my teeth. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. That was very upsetting.

If you need a place to just sleep and get ready for the day, I recommend this hotel. It was nice to have a kitchen. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast did not look like much. You are about five to fifteen minutes driving from shops, conveniences and eateries. Wi-Fi is just strong enough to do the basics.

This place smells so bad. it's a mix between pot and mold, my room also smelled, there were stains all over the place, I even took pictures. Depending who is at the front desk you may get ok service or just a careless service.

Staff was great. To much traffic throughout the hotel.

Great hotel to stay. I recommend this hotel to all travelers coming to the Raleigh area.

Not nice homeless people living there Dirty scary

Always a great experience. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and the staff and customer courtesy is always excellent. A very friendly atmosphere from management, all the way down.
