Room felt dirty and smelled terrible. Will not return.

I live 3 hours away and had to be in Raleigh at 8:00 a.m. so I booked a room at this hotel. The first room I was given smelled of body odor and the air conditioning unit was blowing out hot air. The second room I was given smelled like a mixture of marijuana and incense. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The bed being made was about the extent to which the room was clean. The walls and ceilings were extremely thin and I could hear every step and door shut very clearly throughout the night. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the staff was nowhere to be found. Later I was told by a staff member that there was a fire "over there", but it was "taken care of". The breakfast consisted of coffee. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel again.

Leaking refrigerator/room falling apart/dirty chairs and table.

My experience was very good, it's was quiet which I liked, my kids loved the free breakfasts in the mornings

The hotel fit my needs for the weekend that I spent there and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and very helpful. Location was great for me, everything was so close by.

Hotel was trashy and had rude staff. Staff often shouted at guests and was not at desk. Room was dated and old. Smelled like syrup and smoke. Weird hotel. Wouldn't recommend

Stayed so I would have a place to cook dinner. No pots pans dishes glasses or anything of the sort. Bathroom in poor condition as well

I checked in late around 11:30 pm. The person at the front desk took 20 minutes to check me in because she could not figure out what my rate was (even though I had already paid) . She couldn't figure out how to subtract the tax even with me showing her on a calculator. She attempted to charge my card again! After nearly a half hour she gave me a room. I asked where the closest place to park was and she said on the end of the building there was a door close to my room. So I moved my car and tried to get in the door with my key card. The light turned green but it would not unlock. I walked to the front of the building and walked back through the lobby where I told Sade that my card was not working. She said, "oh no, that door is just broken". I thought, why would she even tell me to go use that door then in the first place. Point being, the staff there is completely incompetent. Will never go back.

The hotel location is not well lit area. The attendant at the lobby doesn't seem to be too eager to help up. We arrived around 11 pm after a 13 hr drive and I have to wait more than 10 mins because she was doing her audit. . Hallway smells, found a bug in the room, no shampoo or lotion in he bathroom.

Horrible experience! Dirty rooms, staff is unprofessional

There was a strong odor in the halls and room. I asked for air freshener, but did not receive it. Name was changed to Extended Stay.

The hotel is okay. A little more choices for breakfast would be better and longer time.

I stayed at the hotel for Christmas and everything was great! Was nice, quiet, comfortable, and nice location to Capital Boulevard. Also, the price was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend.

The room was spacious and comfy. Loved the amenities and location. Took a long time to check in due to the receptionist being on the phone and we had to wait. Overall, it was a great stay.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times it was on the third floor and a different room. Both times Ihave been pleased with the swivel television stand, work desk and general cleanliness to rooms. I was impressed the last time I stayed because the room was directly across from the elevator. I thought I was going to hear the elevator door constantly opening and people talking but I did not hear anything to intere with sleeping. Good value.

I was not expecting the room to be as big as it was, The kitchen was nice with a long table and the television was on a swivel so if you want to sit on the couch or lay on the bed you can turn to the television so you can see it. The bathroom was not extravagant but clean with good water pressure. The view from the third floor was of the courtyard and the windows good be easily opened and closed to allow the room to air out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

staff was wonderful! made me feel comfortable & at home!! ROOM was nice & clean. staff made sure we had xtra blankets & pillows. we checked in late in the mid morning. staff helped us in with our bags & grocery. they were wonderful!!!!plan to stay again soon!

Front desk person not very friendly and couldn't get us a room until 4PM... rooms were very nice.. you get alot for your money with a full kitchen, microwave, etc. It is basically a suite for a low cost. Only downside was the clientelle... very noisy people accross from us with their kids running through the halls. Would try it again though.

The facilities were fine, but the hotel smelled. It was likely because it serves as a long-term residence which allows the smells of cooking and its poor ventalation. In addition, I didn't like their lack of room service if you stayed less than 7 days.

For the price we got a suite for a hotel price. It was run down on the inside. However, the night manager was totally awesome. Finding us a pizza place, switching our rooms, extra towels. The phone did not work, light switch panel broken, and alarm clock not plugged in.
