Great location.

Helpful staff, recently renovated property, close to some fantastic restaurants.

Cleanliness was top. The bad thing is they don't have parking lot on site.

Good location. Recently renovated, so much nicer than it used to be. I appreciated their effort to ensure safety/cleanliness during pandemic. Friendly desk staff. The only criticism I have - and it’s a doozy — is that they hung a photo to two super creepy white guys right by the elevator. And I’m a middle aged white guy saying this, but they really need to move that pic to someplace away from customers. The two pasty men in the pic stare at you with creepy white guy smiles while you wait for the elevator. They look like the kinda men who write big checks to both the republican national committee and to their mistresses for secret abortions.

It’s lovely, clean and the staff is wonderful. The parking is offsite and they didn’t advised that it cost and ended up just charging me.

You have to Valet & it's $18 per day you stay. But the hotel is very nice, clean, great staff. The lobby bar makes great drinks & the beer was cold.

Friendly staff. Clean. Great breakfast. Convenient to walking for dinner and DPAC

Restaurants in walking distance. Staff was excellent. I will return ‼️

Location was perfect. Room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.

I loved the coffee:) It would be nice to be able to park ones own vehicle and not to have extra expense per day for valet parking, but I understand

The staff greeted me when I walked in nearly every time unless they were busy. The hotel was clean and offered a good selection from the restaurant. The location was good with about a maximum of a 20 minute walk from the attractions of downtown.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed wonderfully comfortable. What made it less comfortable was the lack of a desk in my room. There was no comfortable place to sit and do work in the room, and the "business center" was just a table in the lobby. Loved the room service menu which was full of southern comfort food.

Price way to high and lobby setting to open mixed use for acoustics. Bar was discusting and bartender (one) overwhelmed. Dressed in jeans very inappropiate for hotel environment

I stayed there one night, and the rooms are clean and modern with a great location within walking distance to lots of great downtown sites. However we left our car with the valet (which is a fair price of $12) and when we picked it up our gas card was missing. Stolen out of the middle console. So unfortunate because we tipped our valet well, and although we can't be sure who did it, it made us skeptical about staying here again.

Always a pleasant stay at this Hotel. Located I walking distance to shops , restuarants , DPAC and the ball field .

GReat stay for just a quick business trip to the durham area. Great location. Breakfast buffet was a nice-to-have
