WE GOT SCREWED!! we were literally sitting in the airplane on the tarmac in Chicago on our way to Raleigh, when I got a phone call and several emails canceling this property on us, the date of check-in! Unbelievable. It was a sickening feeling knowing that when we landed we were homeless in a strange city. Fortunately we scrambled and found other arrangements that worked for us but for that to happen same day was awful.
