Courtyard by Marriott Research Triangle Park

Room was more than expected for the price I paid. Large room. Everything was clean. Refreshments were a little on the pricy side but expected for a hotel stay.

Exceptional ....... Why should I have to add more..

Excellent stay with easy acess to many restaurants and shopping

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are in excellent condition. A continental breakfast would be nice as the Bistro is pretty pricey. But lots of good eating places are very near by.

We frequently travel to Raleigh/Durham to see shows at DPAC. This hotel fulfilled all our needs in being in a great location for the theater and for the Southpoint mall and restaurants. Very friendly staff and very clean room. The price was great, but noticed for our next trip here in October the price jumps up a lot. We have selected another hotel for that time frame, because we don't feel the hotel is worth the price increase of two thirds more.

The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make us feal at home. The hotel was quite and they also have a Starbucks down stairs.

Very clean and close to Duke university. Highly recommmend

Quiet, comfortable, plenty of parking, easy access to 54/55 and proximity to Research Triangle Park. Good fresh breakfast options w/ Starbucks coffee. Reasonable food options available across the street as well.

It was great to gather as a family in the living room area to eat, chat, watch etc. But at night that room because a bedroom separated from the main bedroom.

For the nice, low price, we weren't expecting more than just a simple place to sleep while in town for a friend's wedding...but we were wrong. The room was lovely, very clean, etc. The staff was very nice and helpful - and always with a smile. The hotel rooms were quiet and private as well. We had breakfast one morning at the hotel and again, weren't expecting much. We only ordered coffee and muffins/bagels. We were expecting to carry our own food, probably in a paper bag, and for it to just taste ok, but it was served to us on nice plates and was very tasty. And one of the most convenient amenities was a computer/printer at the front desk to print out our boarding passes when we left! We would highly recommend this particular hotel again and will probably stay here next time we are visiting friends in the Chapel Hill/RTP area. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights in April 2013. The staff was fantastic and incredibly friendly. Considering the Courtyard in Chapel Hill is twice as much, this hotel is well worth the distance. The Bistro makes good fresh food and has a full bar. I will definitely be staying here when I come back.

Hotel was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Great sleep. One of the wings was under renovation, but there was little to no problems associated with that. 9/10 would recommend.

Undergoing major renovations to rooms & common areas, so dusty, noisy and hard to get around. Staff does a good job compensating for inconvenience of construction with superior service. Disappointed in breakfast buffet. Continental offerings plus runny eggs not worth $7. One & two star hotels offer better breakfasts for free. Overall, enjoyed my stay despite drawbacks. Will be beautiful when renovations are complete.

This was our first trip to North Carolina. We were very close to all destinations we wanted to see. Staff was friendly and the room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

Best value out there. Room and staff were top notch!

Various family members stayed in 3 different rooms (1 bed, 2 beds, 1 handicap accessible) and all were very clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very close to Duke University & Chapel Hill which was a major draw. It was also easy to find. The sitting area off the lobby was large and a great place for everyone to gather and enjoy time together as well as meet new friends. We would definitely stay here again.

After living away from the area for over 30 years, I made the right choice in staying at your hotel. The hotel was lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Your hotel is located in a wonderful location and I found it easy to find my way around the area very quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with you, would stay there again and will recommend it to anyone I know who may be travelling to the area. Thank you.

good clean hotel. I've been there ~ 6 times over the past two years.

staff, service, room, everything was excellent. I would stay there again. The only draw back is the restaurant in the hotel only serves breakfast. Know however that the breakfast is very good they will cook to order. Great access to all major highways and shopping is about 15 mins away. Lots or eateries within in 5 to 15 mins.

Hotel is close to NC-54. Very nice room and lobby was clean and bright. Would definitely stay here again.
