Mostly excellent stay. The upkeep downgrade was because of one area where carpet has been ripped up. One weird experience: space-saving (good) location of toilet paper dispenser + industrial grade paper (not good, but the industry standard) means you need to forcefully yank the paper at an angle to tear off a sheet. In doing so, I cut my hand on the edge of the wood and bled a few minutes. I'm not litigious, but some guests are, so this might be a situation to address.
