Tv and phone didn’t work which was a bummer because we wanted to watch a specific game that was televised on a screen bigger than a phone. The reviews on breakfast sounded good, it was however, not good. Bagels, no hot food. If you do chose the atrium, make sure you ask for one of the newer rooms

Not a very good stay for me

I travel with a certified service dog. I was asked to show proof of certification. Then answer intrusive questions. The room did not have a working phone to the front desk. There was a huge stain on the dining set chair, stain on gold chair by window. Lastly the hair dryer did not match plug. I did get a good nights sleep but I was medicated. I stayed here because the reviews were very good.

The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. I was refused service without a cash deposit that was not mentioned when booking the room due to my location proximity. Overall the process could have been smoother and less embarrassing.

This is a nice place. Front desk staff very helpful and kind, nice bedding, pleasant lobby area. They're undergoing construction so it's a bit dirty from all that. I'm sure it'll be worth it when they finish

There was no food or water in the hotel. There weren’t a lot of people either. I had an awful experience although I was safe nothing happened to me but I don’t think I was mentally feeling okay.
