Amazing welcomg staff, great view of the Mississippi , comfy bed!!

just in town for very quick trip. to stay longer, a coffee pot, microwave and fridge would be nice.

There were condom wrappers in our room when we got there. Dead bugs throughout the hotel. the rooms were clearly not cleaned or vacuumed

Single queen room was rather small. It was difficult to sleep literally right next to the heater/fan.

I always stay at this hotel because it's great price the rooms are comfortable however a bit small they have a pool and they're close to downtown

Your staff was very friendly, accommodating and my bed was very comfy. My stay was good. I felt sage coming in late evenings.

They did not have any bacon or sausage for breakfast.

Jessi worked the front desk and was polite and helpful. The breakfast was okay. They did have a pool aND hot tub which we hope to use but did not get to. When we entered our room it clean and nice. However the next morning when I woke up I notice the other side of the comforter had what appears to be a blood stain. Kinda grossed me out. But besides that the rest of the hotel was clean and nice.

Our room faced the river, so the view of the Mississippi was really nice. The breakfast was good and the hours it was served were longer than a lot of other places we have stayed. Our room was a bit small but clean and bed was comfortable. We really liked being able to walk to restaurants and being right in town. We will likely stay there again.

We couldn't ask for a better stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Spotless, comfortable room. They even had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, yum!

This is a basic hotel that doesn't always get things right. I found the staff helpful to correct problems (room cards that didn't work) and apologize for mistakes ( an UNrequested 5:30 a.m. wake-up call.)

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was a little small. Breakfast was the usual stuff and good.

Staff was friendly. Rooms clean but small. Continential breakfast was average. Would stay again for a short visit.

People at the front desk very helpful with regards to the area and the pool was great to keep our 6 year old occupied while we searched the internet. Great Wi-Fi. Only disappointment - no coffee in the rooms.

I was visiting Quincy to see my grand kids and see my daughter/son. My grand kids came to the hotel and swam with their cousins(since their mother couldn't and they all live with me). I was taken out to eat by my daughter and son-n-law, while my other daughter(one who lives with me)stayed at hotel watched her nephew and her two boys. Only complaint I have is the charge for a roll-a-way bed of $15. Most other hotels have them complimentary. So, I declined and let my two grand kids stay that live in Quincy. We slept 3 to each queen bed! Very interesting and not many of us had the best of a nite sleep, because of that. The beds were comfortable, but not with an extra person in it. Also, I think that every room should have a refrigerator. Breakfast was wonderful! Breakfast you can make your own waffle(s), instant oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, biscuits and gravy, milk, hard boiled eggs, some kind of juice, hot cocoa, coffee, tea, etc. I would stay again. And next time my grand daughter and grand son can stay at their homes!!! I will continue to stay at this hotel when coming to Quincy. It's also pet friendly, which is good if I ever decide to bring my miniature schnauzers' along.

The people was friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good!! The room was small. The deal would have been better getting it through the hotel than through orbez.

We arrived late due to plane delay. It was just an overnight stay on our way north,

I understand the one cup makers can be a little hard to get used to for the morning coffee lovers. I am one of those coffee lovers as well. ok but noisy heater.

good price and close to downtown
