The property in general is very clean. The room I stayed in was very clean however the couch was light color fabric and looked very stained other than that all was good. The public areas such as the gym, pool area, lounge area, pool table and ping pong table and lobby they were all clean and neat. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist when needed. The Internet signal was very poor, not enough signal to watch tv though.

The place was always clean and quit,I really enjoyed that part. But nobody was at the desk front ,I had a situation with my electric door entrance but there was nobody to help me.I stay there for 5 days total and they do not clean the room ,I understand the place is green friendly but cleanness can be environmentally friendly as well. I spend 5 nights in this hotel,and on none of them they cleaned mi room,I understand that the place is green and environment friendly but that doesn't mean is not clean,that was unacceptable. At night and early mornings (until 9am something)there was nobody in the desk,and they didn'tsay anything when I registered myself, I had an emergency at night, the electric door for my room was with no battery and nobody was there to help me,next they the desk front people just don't care about it. The building was nice overall but I wish I could know more about this place before my booking.

La habitación es linda. Muy completa. Pero reservamos dos habitaciones de la misma categoría y tamaño y solamente nos dieron una que correspondía. La segunda era una habitación más chica además de que estaba a 15 pisos de distancia. La segunda habitación presentaba algunos incovenientes como una ventana que no cerraba correctamente por la cual entraba el viento y enfriaba la habitación considerablemente.
