Good location/price but I wouldn’t stay there again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends/family. The room door, was heavily damaged with visible holes and a chunk missing right near the lock. Furthermore, the shower drain was severely clogged, causing water to pile up and drain very slowly, and the grout in the shower had an unsanitary, reddish color. We also found the beds to be extremely loud and squeaky with every movement, and the towels were rough. The service was equally disappointing; despite paying for an early check-in and having my whole family stay, the staff was unaccommodating and unhelpful throughout our two-night visit. While the rate is low, I believe basic safety and sanitation should still be non-negotiable standards.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! I loved everything about it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and spacious.The location in the historic center is also a huge plus. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Casa Loreta tiene una localización privilegiada porque en pocos minutos se llega caminando a todas las amenidades del centro histórico de la ciudad. Dado que está cerca de dependencias gubernamentales la presencia de policías es mayor y siempre me sentí seguro. Sobre el personal del hotel, se esmeran en que los huéspedes estén bien atendidos.

Our stay in Casa Loreta was fine. It is well situated in the historic center, yet on a quiet street. The staff was not trained well to inform visitors where to eat breakfast in front of the hotel. There was no communication between staff which made our super early in the morning arrival a bit surprising for the staff member. All in all it was fine.

Great place to stay!

Majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member not so much. Bed was a little creaky. Made noise when you moved. Bedding was lumpy.
