The arrival process was well managed. Comfortable rooms and kept clean. Good service and courteous staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The complimentary wireless was good for business work. Good value for money.
It was a great experience overall. The cleanliness of the rooms, service provided, comfort, etc. But it was necessary for me to remind the frontdesk regarding the invoices that were pending to send me. You take too much time!
Decent Hotel. The services provided by the staff was good. Decent breakfast with good options to eat. But not many options close by to eat (restaurants etc) or roam around. Was recommended by the people not to roam around outside late at night, so have to be careful in that aspect
The staff was rude, unfriendly, they rush you, looked bothered when I asked a question and the hotel is in a bad location. It's far from all the local attractions and the traffic is super noisy. Not happy.
I've never worried about security aspects in a hotel. Im not the kind of person that pays attention to that. But when may cell phone was stolen inside hampton inn lobby, the only think I could imagine it was seeing th security cameras images. Guess what, there was no cameras near enough to the place where i was sit to identify who stole my cellphone. So I got frustraded because security system in here did not work Besides that, for a person that tries to achieve better behavior in topics concerning sutainability and nature resouces, i got unconfortable of having to wait more than five minutes with water flowing from the shower to be hot. So the heat system is not effcient.
Hampton Inn in Queretaro, Mexico. Had a good experience. Quiet, near my place of business, helpful & very responsive staff. Very good Internet & Wifi connection. Simple design, spacious room if you are travelling alone. The only thing I would recommend for this hotel to change is the quality of breakfast offered every morning, needs more variety.
Hampton inn is a decent brand that offers good overall service. The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Tec de Monterrey University. PROs - clean, functional rooms - great location - Friendly staff - small store with snacks CONs - THe pool is not heated, come on! that is a must for this kind of hotel - no restaurant service, only a limited breakfast in the morning and drinks at night - lacking in many ammenities I wished i could give it one more star but the lack of a restaurant and the freezing cold pool are detrimental.
Once again I stay at the Hampton inn, I was highly surprised that the staff member remember my name. There are friendly and very helpful. The Hotel is a little bit away from the center but there have no problem to drive you there with a shuttle.
And feel great the way they takecare of you I don't have any complaints about staff... drivers are great, they drive carefully and are very puntual when they pick you up at the airport.. hotel it's nice and clean
I am traveling to Queretaro, Mexico frequently and I usually stay in other dependable hotels. This time, I decided to take advantage of collecting extra Hampton Reward points and stayed in Hampton Inn by Hilton Queretaro Tecnologico. I feel that you should be aware of the appalling and slipshod treatment I was subjected to by the Hampton Inn by Hilton Queretaro in Mexico. I stayed in Hampton Inn June 2nd-June14th, 2017 and here are my complaints: • Prior to my trip I called the hotel to find out if the shuttle service from and to the airport has been offered to the customers as advertised on the hotel’s website. I was told that is not available due to a long distance (45 min ride) and was recommended to me to take a Taxi at the airport. However, the day I was leaving and I had already made an arrangement by hotel desk representative to use the recommended taxi service I found that the Hampton shuttle service was available. It seems that it was unnecessary to spend $400 pesos for the trip from the airport 520 pesos to the airport. • I arrived on July 2nd, 2017 at late evening hours and recognized that the hotel does not offer any vegetarian meals and/or sandwiches in a snack bar. Disappointed. • During my stay in a hotel I was not able to use the swimming pool. One day, I got in the pool and the hair on the surface of the water, debris and sand on the bottom of the pool grossed me out. I stopped at the pool several times but I did not see any changes during my stay in the hotel. • The evening prior to my leaving, I called the front desk and asked for a wakeup call at 3 am. I did not receive the wakeup call at all. When I showed up at the front desk at 3:45 nobody was there. After a while a hotel representative appeared and when I asked for an explanation he was not able to give me any except “I do not know how it happened”. He checked the wakeup spreadsheet which clearly showed the time and my room number. • Upon my leaving, the Hampton Representative, asked me for my credit card and before I had a chance to check the bill he swiped my credit card for a charge of $2107.14. He said that the final bill will be emailed to me because “now is too early to do it”. He said that he cannot include the charges for the last night and for the taxi service taking me to the airport. I had to explain that I had to have the itemized bill with me and then he printed out the bill, made some handmade notes and stamped it. I reviewed the charges and noticed that I had a charge of xxx for a Scotch Daniels that I paid in cash at the bar. That night, I paid $100.00 for a drink and the tip. At that time, I specifically asked to not include this charge in my room/hotel service. The Hampton representative had some difficulty to explain the other charges such as fees or taxes on my final bill but he agreed to remove the charge for alcohol. It took him a while to recalculate the charges and when he presented me with a new set of pages I noticed that he increased the daily charges and taxes to cover the charge of the drink that I already paid. I couldn’t believe the final bill. I paid for the drink twice, once at the bar and during checkout. I gave up as I needed to get to the airport and board my plane. I did not have any more time to spare to explain to him that his charges were in fact incorrect. • At this point I was already late with my schedule (I woke up late on my own) and the hotel’s recommended taxi service did not show up on time. For about 40 minutes I walked back and forth in a front of the hotel. I was stressed out that I would not be on time for my international flight and because I was stuck with my pre-paid arrangement for the taxi service. Ironically, during my checkout out the Hampton’s the shuttle service van showed up…which I was told they didn’t have, as previously mentioned above. I have always thought of Hampton as a chain of reputable hotels that treats its guests well and the quality of the service as exceptional. Obviously I was wrong on both counts. I am a frequent traveler and my company, United Technology Corporation, has thousands of the employees like myself depending on the services that you supposed to provide every time and everywhere. Omitting the wakeup call, dirty swimming pool, and insufficient bills should never happen in the hotels of your class. This is not indication of the commitment and guarantee as advertised and this is not “100% Hampton”. I will strongly recommend that you promptly and thoroughly investigate your services and I look forward to hearing from you about this matter. I will copy this complain and cc the American Hotel and Motel Association at 1201 New Your Ave, NW, Suite 600 Washington , DC 20005-3931. Sincerely, Grazyna Anna Nawrot Hilton Honors # 1379882236
