Not too accommodating when we arrived at 11:30am. Finally gave me room and found long dark curly hairs in the shower and the sink.

Air conditioning in the room was broken so we spent the first night in what felt like an oven. Did call reception twice but had no help. We couldn’t be moved to another room or have someone go check until morning, needless to say, it was not a good morning for all of us. Thankfully it did get fixed while we were out and about the city and we had a pleasant evening and night.
