Traveled as family of 4 (kids ages 7 & 12). Kids loved the pool, diving board & water slide. Great breakfast included in rate. Fantastic dining on site & swim up pool bar. Easy parking. Great location with beautiful views. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Good location close to restaurants! Beautiful view from hotel rooms. Nice to have a pool as an option after the beach.

My family and I had a great time there. Great staff. Very good food. Wonderful hotel. My daughter enjoyed the pool slide. We loved every day that we were there. A bit expensive

The hotel staff is really attentive and takes good care of you. The grounds are beautiful. Great ocean views from the restaurants. We enjoyed the family pool and the slide. On the downside, we felt that the room was very dated and we expected it to be more up to date and comfortable, given the price. The room had a ceiling fan that was making a squeaking noise that couldn't let us sleep. The hotel's maintenance staff were not able to fix it, so we did not sleep well during our stay.

This was my second visit to Si Como No. The first was in 2004 and now in 2016. I usually don't go to any place twice but this place was special and I vowed some day to take my kids (now young adults). We all had a great time. The scenery was spectacular, the hotel very accommodating, and the excursions all exciting, fun, and well worth the cost. The best part of Si Como No was the lack of commercialization at the resort and surrounding area. It was great to just mingle among the locals. The hotel and surrounding restaurants were all great with reasonable prices and spectacular views of the Pacific ocean from atop the mountain. The wildlife (birds, monkeys, indigenous animals) was easily seen with great photo opts. The sunsets in Costa Rica are amazing and even better from the hotel or surrounding restaurants. The adult only pool and pool bars at the resort were a plus. The staff was great and the food and drink specials were delicious! I will definitely return for a third visit.

We had a family experience that we will never forget in this paradise. The hotel's design fits into the tropical background and the ocean views are spectacular. It is close to good beaches and across the street from the butterfly and reptile sanctuary. The ocean is warm with waves the little children can handle. The staff is warm, considerate, friendly, always ready to help. We enjoyed a spectacle of monkeys jumping from our roofs to trees, giving us quite a show in the very backyard of our pool. The pool has a slide and waterfall area that kept everyone busy for hours. I would love go back again.

We stayed here for our final night in Costa Rica. We purchased an "upgrade" Ocean View Deluxe room and expected more for the money. The room was small, outdated, and a bit worn-looking, and definitely not worth the price paid which would get us a true 5 star experience in the US. The food at the main restaurant (by the kids pool) was also overpriced and was not particularly good. There are other restaurants close by, but be careful not to get run over walking to them. On the positive side, the kid's pool was fun and the water slide was a hit. The gardens around the grounds were beautiful and the staff was helpful. The movie theatre was also fun for the kids. Better food and accommodations would meet this high price-point.

We enjoyed our stay at Si Como No. It was very friendly toward families. The pool was a lot of fun with children and adults enjoying the very fast water slide. The swim up bar served great fruit smoothies to cool off. Mostly, we enjoyed the staff at Si Como No. We particularly liked the staff in the Rico Tico restaurant and had a great service, as well, from the front desk. The concierge, Hilda Smith, was extrememly friendly and helpful with advice during our stay. Overall, we found this hotel to be enjoyable, especially with its location saddled up to the rain forest. It was a little on the expensive side for the amenities offered. We paid over $300 per night. It did include breakfast which was pretty good but was exactly the same each day of our stay. I would rate their food as very average for the type of hotel and expense. We ate most of our meals at other restaurants off of the property. Nonetheless, we saw monkeys and exotic birds right from our balcony. The full jungle / ocean view is breathtaking and the staff is friendly and courteous. We would stay here again but probably wait for a little better price than what we paid.

The hotel and setting were beautiful. There were lots of great activities with outstanding guides (the night hike was very cool). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We saw fantastic wildlife including close up looks at toucans and sloths right on the hotel grounds. It did get quite hot and humid in the afternoons, but we were there in the rainy season. Two very nice pools were the place to be in the afternoon!

Very accommodating staff . Magnificent beauty. Easy access to area sights.

Check in and out was fine. Shuttle was usualy late for pick up and drop off; food was adequate but overpriced. Absolutely NO alcohol in any drinks. View was great for one room, ok for other. Typical tourist destination. Much better food up teh street at a family owned hotel/restaurant.

Had a wonderful stay at Si Como No. Our room was certainly not fancy, but it felt clean and had an amazing view of the rainforest and the ocean. The tours through the hotel were on the expensive side, but well worth it. All of our guides were very informative. A wonderful stay overall!

This hotel is convenient to the National Park, Beaches and the nearby town of Quepos (short bus ride at 50 cents a trip). Expect to pay American prices for food close by the hotel. For authentic Costa Rica, it’s worth the short and effortless trip to Quepos.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Loved the hotel.

Excellent hotel, restaurant, views and eateries. Rodger at the front desk does excellent work in setting up tours and making restaurant recommendations. Be sure and enjoy the monkeys that will surround you at breakfast time at the hotel's restaurant.

This is a great facility with excellent service and world class views. The location is hilly (so it's good to be somewhat mobile), but it's a friendly and inviting environment. Rodger provides great customer service for tours and related activities.

This is an awesome hotel. monkeys and birds aplenty, great pool for kids, great food. Our whole family loved it.

My family and I stayed 3 nights and were sad to leave. This is a wonderful resort and the grounds and setting are stunning. Our balcony overlooked the jungle and ocean. The rooms showed some age (not the beds) but were comfortable and clean. There are 2 pools. The kids pool was delightful and adjacent to the lesser expensive restaurant and the adult pool was large and peaceful close to the higher end restaurant. The staff were gracious and professional and we found the people at reception very patient and helpful. Their tour recommendations were all fantastic. Excellent food, amazing location and would definitely recommend Si Como No to anyone especially a family.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff is excellent. We found the food to be better at the hotel than the surrounding area, competitive prices and much better quality. No t.v in the room, but a movie is offered in the cinema every night. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio. We drove from airport to Arenal to Manuel Antonio to airport. A GPS IS A MUST HAVE!!!!

This resort was breath taking. we got to see monkeys and lots of little creatures roaming around the property . Great view of the ocean, but no beach access. and you have been warned there are no TV'S in any of the rooms. once the shock of that goes away youll find that there is plenty to do their during the day .. i would recommend this hotel .
