Once we checked in and explored the property, we were happy with the layout over the 3 floors. The master with en-suite and kitchenette was on the lower floor, middle floor was the parking, entry, 2 bedrooms and bathroom/ toilet, and upstairs was the kitchen/ dining/ living with external balcony. The gas hob was not cleaned and the Nespresso machine hadn't been emptied. The instructions for the gas fire were only available via the QR code and weren't sufficient to keep it going. This was very frustrating as it was -5 some nights but after talking to Rebecca, we sorted it out. The apartment was quiet and off the main roads. While there are 2 parks available (which was handy as my son who lived in Queenstown also parked there) the locals who lived in the same complex felt it their right to park there. The showers were hot with good pressure, the beds comfy and if you are lucky enough like us to experience a snow fall, it totally made our trip.
