This is definitely 6 star luxury! We were stunned to how immaculately restored this hotel is. The rooms are to die for, there is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and managed to swing a deal for stay 4 pay 3 so at $1500 per night we were pretty happy. Our room had a gorgeous fireplace, gorgeous furniture and it was very spacious. The view out to the lake was stunning. It was cosy, romantic and everything we could have wished for for our mini break away from our hectic lives. We will definitely go back and I would stay here over any other place in Queenstown. Also the staff were brilliant and as the hotel is quite Boutique, you very rarely are bothered in your room, it was super quiet all the time.

We stayed at the Eichardt's Apartments for our annual NZ snow pilgrimage. Whilst service was hit and miss (a consistent theme for Queenstown sadly), the accommodation itself was great. The apartments are just 30 seconds down the road from Eichardt's main building and are a great base for a Queenstown trip. Our apartment had a stunning view of Lake Wakatipu and was very well appointed. Eichardt's don't have a drying room for skis, etc. however which would have been a great addition but that's my only gripe.

I have to say that this hotel in Queenstown is a must stay!! Everything was perfect which includes the service, the location and the restaurants. But the room decor is what I loved most. You have to see it to believe it so be sure to book a room on your trip to Queenstown.

Wow! I can say that this is the best hotel I have every stayed in. The staff were amazing, I liked Adam and Courtney, excellent service! We stayed in connecting rooms in Rooms 8&9. Lovely view of the beach, lovely and amazing room. It was just pure luxury, cleanliness was great, cozy and warm with the fire, just amazing! Side Note: we had left a couple of items in the fridge, and when we returned the next day, just to pick it up, everything came back, but some expensive chocolate was not returned. We checked everywhere and it was nowhere to be seen. We have no idea who it was, but we were very dissapointed and just suspected it was housekeeping, as they had been the only ones in the room, when we left. We were not happy as it had costed about 30 dollars. Otherwise, amazing!

We never wanted to leave this hotel. We had an amazing room and unbelievable service. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. They all welcomed us to New Zealand, and we really have nothing but nice things to say about our entire stay at Eichardt's. We made some potentially annoying requests, but they couldn't have been more accommodating.

Stayed here on our tour of NZ. Excellent setting in centre of Queenstown. Great introduction, shown all facilities. Lovely suite with everything a traveller would need. Rode on Gondola, amazing views.

One of the best hotel’s you could ever stayed in. Adam, Courtney, Lauren and Heather were particuarly nice. The food was lovely and as we spent Christmas there - the lunch was amazing and the room was in the Top 3 best I have ever stayed in for sure. The fire was lovely - the beds and bathrooms were fantastic! The view was great; seeing the Ducklings! The beds were so comfortable - and the whole experience was fantastic! We will be sure to come back very soon!

Our stay at Eichardt's was superior beyond compare. This hotel is so gracious and understated that we felt completely at home. Our room was like a perfect studio apartment with a living room and sleeping room. So beautifully appointed it felt like a home more than a hotel. The bathroom also feels like home and the closet was generous. Honestly, it was hard to muster an effort to leave the room and go out to explore Queenstown.

This is a really good hotel. The rooms are generous suites but make sure you book a lake view room. The lake views are spectacular over Lake Wakatipu. The views of the Remarkables and the very changing lake colours are mesmerising. The new rooms are even better than the original ones and in good weather have small external terraces - with heaters - when it’s cooler outside. Beds are large doubles and comfortable. Bathrooms are well fitted. A small tea and coffee butlers pantry is provided with adequate stocks. The service is helpful if a little inept at times. Breakfast is good quality and served in the bar. Overall a nice and comfortable place to stay on a longer break in New Zealand.

A nice, clean, centrally located hotel in Eugene. Very friendly front desk staff. The big plus - the free airport shuttle. Quick transportation from/to the airport which is a huge convenience for business travelers. It is one of the few hotels in the area that offers this free service and extends it even to shopping places up to 5 miles around the hotel. Recommend it! Ivan+family
