All properties in New Zealand are very well kept, however, this is beautiful. The view from rooms is breathtaking. The amenities are great. Parking is an issue.. very confusing and difficult car park .

We decided to stay here as we couldn't find anything else available near the town last minute. At $490 per night we were expecting something spectacular when we opened the door to our room only to be spectacularly disappointed!

We had a lovely stay here over new years! The rooms are lovely and spacious... With great views over queenstown! Friendly check in and very helpful staff! Would definitely stay here again... Plenty of parking even during such a busy time of year.. Very convenient walk to food and shops in town..

We stayed here for two nights. The room was not very clean and smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. One evening, I found a large spider in the bath tub, among other frequent insect visitors. Additionally, the staff members were not friendly —they did not allow us to drink coffee using the chairs and tables in the lobby. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The views and location from our unit were lovely. The reason it gets a 3-star is the cleanliness or lack thereof. I am a clean freak and was quite frankly grossed out by some of the areas in the unit. The kitchen counter had streaks all over it (gross) and the bathroom also could have been cleaned much better. I have stayed in MUCH cheaper hotels that were way cleaner. For the price point - please hire a decent cleaner!!

This is THE worst choice I had ever made. Since two rooms share one common exit (a common door outside of each rooms). My neighbor had started entering and exiting their room for more than 10 times since 6am on 26th of December. And each time they had banged the door which sounded like dropping 200pounds rock on the floor and my heart beat just surged every time. There is no pleasant but dark rings around my eyes, I just want to find a quite place to rest now. Please do something, change the door if needed... Other things are ok, but “the door” ruins all.

This place is truly awful. This concrete monstrosity was probable OK 30 years ago. Today the rooms are tacky and dirty with outdated amenities. The whole experience was poor, including Queenstown itself.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff is accommodating and prompt to guest requests. The buffet breakfast has limited options especially for Vegetarians. Though had a little concern when we found a spider in the room- upon complaining, housekeeping thoroughly cleaned our room to ensure our comfort. Tour booking can also be arranged at the reception.

Stayed on Moa trek tour. Room was spacious clean and very well provided. It didn’t have air conditioning but this was being installed. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast average. Good value for money.

This hotel is located in prime location within walking distance to most places in town. It is neat, clean and has everything you would want in the room. It is spacious. Beds are comfortable. It is quiet within the rooms. We slept well. We were located next door to the laundry which was free of charge and they provide detergent so we made use of that too while we were there.
