We stayed in this motel with the lake view studio and the view to the lake is fantastic however the noise from the main road is intolerable. To get the noise reduced we had to use two supplied fans in order to drain out the traffic noise. The room is outdated.

The room exceeded expectations. It was warm, clean and comfortable with a little kitchenette. It was a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Parking was tight, but there was always a spot available. Staff were friendly.

Our room was compact but still had everything we needed. A direct view of Lake Wakatipu was unbeatable. Had free laundry service which we were pleasantly surprised by, although not sure if dryer was functioning. The motel itself was in close proximity to all target attractions. Overall fulfilled our needs for our 3D2N stay in Queenstown.

Fantastic check in, thank you Hannah! We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise, thank you!!! Just very noisey neighbours 3/4am a few nights.. not sure why they needed to party in the room when there are bars etc so close by!

Obstructed views

Good position with obstructed view. Beds very soft. We didn’t cook as frypan very dirty and needed replacing, only one other pot. Shower drain was broken and had sharp edges which also needed replacing.
