Great location close to town and if you get one of the upper rooms you have a nice view of the town and mountain. AC/heat don’t work and there are very limited tv channels (about 5) but we didn’t suffer. Small bedroom but it’s nice to have a separate living space and kitchen.

Rooms were very old and dated. For example, worn 20+ yr old kitchenette and bathroom, damaged couch on lounge. Very cheap pillows. I am guessing the accommodation is heavily worn and abused from winter ski users in heavy gear and loaded more to roloaded more to rough use. Be awae that images used to promote use super wide angle and the room is very small.

Property is very convenient access to Queenstown CBD free on site. Parking was great room is clean kitchenette was convenient and we had a view of the gondola from our balcony.

The place was adequate. We had a nice view of queenstown and the gondola. The walk back to the hotel from town was uphill but it was a short walk either way so I was pleased with the location. The unit had everything we needed in it. I really liked we were on the ground floor as our suitcases were very heavy so we didn’t have to haul them upstairs.

3 night stay

We stayed 3 nights recently. The location is convenient, walking distance to town which is great especially with the traffic and parking issues in Queenstown. Rooms are old and could use a renovation. Due to age, cleanliness can be a challenge but it was as good as it could be. All things considered we were happy with the rooms considering the location and price in comparison

The room had lovely views and a good location. The room was clean, but the bathroom needed a spring clean with mould in the bathroom and it was dirty in corners and around taps and in the edges of the shower. Als the motel could invest in some decent pillows. It was a good price.

Room was nothing like picture on Expedia. Underneath building next to laundry room which was very loud. Parking was very limited. Toilet seat was falling off. Shower had no pressure and very hard to get hot water through. No natural light into room at all. Not what I thought I had booked. Very disappointed.
