Entire apartment. Deck in front of the living room is shared with neigbours and separated by a barrier. Our aim is to provide everything you’ll need for a perfect holiday and if there’s anything else you need or if you need tips or advice contact by phone or email and we will be happy to talk about what you would like to do during your time here. There are 2 sets of stairs in the apartment. The apartment is located on a steep hill. It is a quick downhill walk to the city and a steep walk back. (Queenstown is located in the mountains) The one carpark is located in front of the apartment and is not suited to oversized vehicles or campervans. During the winter months, the street can very occasionally get icy. I recommend a 4 wheel drive in winter. 2 wheel drive car access may be affected occasionally during or after rare winter storms or freezing cold snaps. The hot water is supplied from a hot water cylinder. **Our Bespoke Cancellation Policy** We offer a full refund for Covid related disruptions to travel.
