Prepare alternatives for parking. The hotel only have 3 street parking slots which is first come first serve. Alternative parking is 5 minutes away. If we would have known, we opt somewhere else as we have an elderly person who cannot do long walks. We have to go and bring the car out the parking garage we found to fetch her which is 5 minutes away by walking. Fortunately, we only stayed one night. Hotel itself is charming, great location.

Love the quaint room. Location exceptional. Was on top floor and there was about 65 stairs to climb! I considered it my leg day at the gym! Bed was fairly comfortable. Took a while to get hot water up here. Nicely finished bathroom. $25 for parking seemed steep and it was about a 5 min walk away at a church

Great Location!

Great customer service. The room was very clean. Love the short distance walk to parking lot, Tourist spots and Restaurants, Our Room was on the third floor. Stairs are manageable. The view from our room was Chateau Frontenac and the St.Lawrence River. Nice area of the Old City not to loud at night. It is situated away from the crowded areas.

The hotel was in the perfect location to explore Old Quebec City. The building is very old, which we loved, but the bedding/beds could be upgraded. We had to pay an additional $20 ($60 total) for each of our 3 teenage children (which is fine), but would have expected the cot our son got to be better equally than an air mattress on the floor. Customer service was just okay. Definitely no “how was your stay” or “let us know if you need anything”? being asked.

Location was the best. Amazing that it's located close to many touristic attractions. Beautiful park in front. Interior furniture look also nice and gorgeous. Only one thing the bath room door was hard to close and open as it's too old.

We booked the cheapest room because it was quite expensive. There are 3 small rooms at the cheapest price Room 12 was the smallest on the 3 rd floor Our friends were on the 4 th floor which was bigger than ours. They moved to a lower floor, room 8, same price but MUCH bigger and renovated bathroom. So ask for room 8 NO elevator but I guess it said that on their website What was REALLY great was the location! Just a stones throw from the Chateau and Terrasse Dufferin. Walking distance to many restaurants in old town
