The room’s clean; not noisy bec it’s not busy with cars , staff are helpful. Place not convenient for seniors with limitations in walking; not close for dining places, national parks.
The property is beautiful, staff friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for walking all around the old town. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Hotel Acadia!

Bait and switch. Be careful. The pictures you see might be completely different from the room you get. We expected a beautiful room with big windows. They put us in the basement with prison sized windows in a room that had a shower curtain as the bathroom door. It was a total nightmare.
Front desk young man was very polite and did his best to help us . We ended up not being able to stay as we didn’t realize there was no elevator. And I can’t do stairs. Unfortunately they still charged us for the room .
It appeared to be in a good walking area to old town as that was one reason we booked .
We waited for almost an hour for taxi to leave . They kept cancelling . Finally we got an uber .
Beautiful old historic hotel in a wonderful area of old town. When I made my reservation I missed the fact that there is no elevator. We have two large very heavy suitcases packed for a two week cruise vacation. The young man at the front desk said no problem and lugged our two suitcases up the five flights of stairs to our room. Wonderful service at a beautiful hotel in a great location.
Your front desk staff were very friendly helpful and specifically Romey(sp?) was very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay convenient with luggage storage,
accommodations for late arriving guests etc…! Thank you, Romey!
For the price there was no mirror in the room, very small bathroom and no elevators. Needed to carry baggage up 5 floors. Perfect location and very friendly staff.
The hotel is in a great location. The room was nicely appointed, but not too large. Parking was down a very tight alley but close to the hotel.
The staff was terrific, especially Remy. He recommended great restaurants and helped us on several occasions. Very accommodating.
There was no breakfast available but a coffee machine available 24 hours
You won’t regret staying there!
Very centrally located, maybe a block from the main shopping/ dining street. No elevator, but beautiful room and comfy bed. Excellent service, they opened up a room before 4 when my friend was not feeling well.
