Let's talk about the staff first, because they truly are the heart and soul of this incredible place. Every single person I encountered, from the warm smiles at check-in to the attentive servers by the pool, exuded genuine hospitality. They anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, offering helpful suggestions, remembering my name, and always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their passion for the hotel and for providing an exceptional experience was palpable and truly made me feel like a valued guest. Then there's the location... simply breathtaking. Nestled on a stunning stretch of the Riviera Nayarit coastline, the W Punta de Mita offers unparalleled views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
