It’s a beautiful property, top notch w gorgeous views, located in the center of town yet on the hills. Mauricio was my concierge and he was on top of everything. Fortunately nothing was needed but he checked in daily. Strongly recommended. Pool was perfect with breathing views of the old town… beach was 7-10 min away. Thank you for the perfect gateway!

Very nice building. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and we'll furnished. The owners care about how the unit shows. The checkin process is awkward waiting for someone to get us, the parking is difficult and getting around the place Can be challenging at first with the elevators. Drawback was not being able to bring own drinks to the pool. The pool bar prices are ridiculous Ly high for Mexico.

This pool is world class!! I've never seen a larger rooftop pool with the most epic views. Our room also had an amazing view. We had spectacular sunsets and a firework show every night. We loved the room too. It was modern but very comfortable. The bed was comfy and a ton of space. There was street noise when we went on the balcony, but we were prepared and brought our speaker. It was extremely walkable since there is a staircase on the right that leads to a sidewalk. We felt very safe. We walked almost everywhere, but Ubers were great for longer distances.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Condo had everything we hoped for. The view was amazing and everything is close by. However, the parking situation and the multiple elevators is very irritating.

Fantastic high end managed apartments in the most happening area of Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool is incredible, staff wonderful and very accommodating, available to answer questions over WhatsApp all the time. Very comfortable bed, incredible views from the terrace and fast WiFi. I loved it so much that I ended up changing plans and extending the stay by a couple of extra days. Thanks so much!

The property itself is absolutely beautiful with the infinity pool on the roof overlooking the mountains in the back and the ocean in the front with the city all around. The unit was very large and well kept with beautiful furniture and finishings. The location was very close to everything in the Romantik Zone with a simple 10-15 minute walk. The Ubers were VERY cheap though if you don't want to walk. Unfortunately, if you like to walk everywhere, the street you must cross to get anywhere was VERY busy. This was difficult to leave the property and made it very loud to sit on the balconies or even inside the front of the property due to how busy the road was. Overall, the stay was wonderful!

There was a gentleman at the concierge named Eddy that I thought was very unprofessional and rude. I brought 2 Canadian friends that now live permanently in Puerto Vallarta to show them how beautiful the building was. They had no intention of staying longer than perhaps 1 hr. We were about to board the elevator when another concierge person asked that they sign in. I apologized since I completely forgot and we returned back to the front counter. My friends filled out the visitor sheet and then this Eddy person interrupted the conversation and said that they needed to leave their residence identification at the counter. My friends replied that they didn’t feel safe enough to leave their identification ….but offered that the concierge could take a picture of it. This person Eddy became rude and extremely unprofessional and started asking what country my friends were from. He was very aggressive with them which was TOTALLY unnecessary. I understand the rules but because of Eddys actions your concierge team did not even offer to photocopy their ID., which in your RULES is allowed. Sadly my friends chose not to visit my rental a because they weren’t allowed and secondly because this man was rude and quite aggressive with them. People like Eddy prevented me from giving you a 5 star rating. :(

This property speaks for itself in terms of location and beauty. The accordion doors to the balcony, the rooftop pool, the generous sized bedroom and bath, all make for a wonderful place to stay. A couple of feedback notes the balcony doors do not seal completely, and therefore are not soundproof. Being located on a major road means if you are sleeping in the front room, it is very loud. In the unit we stayed in (and not all are the same) we found the beds too firm for comfort and woke up with sore backs and hips. I have stayed in a different unit in the past and while the road noise was consistent the previous beds were significantly more comfortable. A simple mattress pad would help.
