I always love staying here when I visit The area. It’s very convenient to everything in downtown Zona. Beach is not that far from walking distance and plenty of stores and taco stands nearby.

This place is extremely noisy and the balcony is next to a hotdog food place as well as a busy bus stop. This is a horrible location- I had to use earbuds to sleep the whole time I stayed there. This places has a lot of cockroaches I had to keep the lights on so that they would not get as many roaches. The staff overcharged me as they claim that Expedia only charged me for one night and they charged me do the rest. I tried to ask questions and the lobby lady was rude and later she even apologized by how bad she treasured me … horrible place to stay

Location is good. Wifi & cellular signal were intermittent. Patio is a concrete floor surrounded by 4 concrete walls, so you can see straight up, & that's about it.

Good Location & Comfortable Spot

Clean and comfortable and right in the middle of lots of spots. Only about a 10 min walk to the beachfront. The street is pretty loud at all hours and there is not a lot of sound insulation. Ear plugs help but if you are sensitive to sound you may want to look elsewhere. The staff was super friendly and helpful for our first time to PV.

The location is great and close to all bars and restaurants it is bit noisy but puerto full of night life so everywhere will be the same if that much close place.

Hidden fee if booked through foreign website

Booking through Hotels.com created an issue and I had to pay an additional $50dls to stay. Fortunately, the website refunded me the charge and some for the inconvenience. In addition, I mistakenly forgot to put the total guests staying with me (master suite holds up to 6ppl) and was charged an extra $15dls for each of my other 3 guests. There is no elevator in the building so I was lucky my room was in the first floor.

The location and people were really nice and the room was huge. It has a small fridge and an electric stove that came handy when we wanted to save on eating out. It's super basic though and only has the basic furniture (bed, one high table and 2 stools). There weren't really places to put things or to sit comfortably. There were also lots of gaps in all the doors so we had mosquitos

Check in by Guadalupe was efficient and she was very pleasant to deal with. The hotel is older but very clean. It was New Years Eve so there was a lot of street noise and parties. I was expecting this so came prepared with ear plugs.

Balcony door barely closes and does not lock. Unit door can easily pop open. The safe is a glued wooden box. Television needed resetting. Layout of unit 11 was crazy.
