This beautiful designer penthouse comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests. It is in the center of Vallarta’s Zona Romantica, also known as the Old Town. Casa Lucas is a modern, American-owned house in a historic, restored building. On a charming, quiet cobblestone street, the house is just steps away from all the best beach clubs, restaurants and night life in Puerto Vallarta.

This newly-built penthouse comes fully-equipped as a luxury vacation home with unlimited fast-speed wireless internet. The beautifully furnished air-conditioned bedroom, has capacity for 2 guests. Along with a great king size bed, linens and pillows, the master bedroom has a flat-screen television with Netflix and Cable.

The Master Bedroom also offers electronic blackout blinds, apull-out flat-screen TV and a whole wall-full of closets.

The modern bathroom includes an amazing, powerful rain shower and sky light and a large vanity area.

The whole house has a water filtration system so the water is soft and good to drink. The penthouse has an amazing panoramic view and a beautiful terrace with double doors that pull out to make a balcony looking out over the mountains. The penthouse is also fully sound-proofed.

Enjoy the fully furnished kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and automatic ice and water dispenser. Also utensils and small appliances for your cooking needs are all available. The beautiful quartz breakfast bar seats four.

There is air-conditioning throughout the whole unit, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer so that you can pack light.

The Living Room features comfortable seating and a working fireplace. In other words everything to enjoy am amazing stay!
