Nice hotel with great views. Beach was nice and plenty to do in the area.

Long overdue rest needed and the Condada Plaza Hilton met every requirement. The room had a beautiful view, comfortable beds, the pools were beautiful and if you wanted quiet, shade, and views they had a beautiful outside area for that. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful

old building. old windows, you can hear any noise from street even from 9th floor.

Was moved to downgraded room when internet reported did not work on first day. In morning next day moved from Jr. Suite which I booked to lessor room which solved my internet issue. No compensation was offered. Some resort amenities which I wanted to use were not working due to construction and wet paint. At checkout was not offered waiver of resort fee as I was told some did work. No access to hotel manager but only Reception was available to listen to my questions. I was told rental car office, restaurants, gift shop, tours desk, water sports equipment and taxi stand were part of the resort fee. Parking was charged for so how could that be part of the resort fee. I objected to paying for concessions which hotel gained money from and I paid directly when used.

The convenience of the hotels location, Their staff rates 5 stars, friendly, helpful, just pleasure to be around. The Pikayo is one of the best restaurants on the Island.

Good experience overall. Room clean majority of staff accommodating. However too many fees resort fee is per person not room. Also conceirge tried to charge me a full room rate to do an early check in. 1st said no rooms. Then dropped it from 299 to 150. I prerequested in my notes based on the hotel room policy listed. When I asked him he then gave another price. I was prepared to pay something but I felt that was sneaky. Because of that we choose to dine and drink elsewhere when we would have definetly gave it to the hotel. Also taxis are double the price of Uber's!!!

The hotel met all of my expectations as a Hilton hotel. Staff professional and friendly. Hotel was close to old San Juan and close to many other restaurants, clubs, gyms and beaches. The hotel itself was modern, clean and has all the latest amenities. I would be happy to stay there again or recommend it to a friend.

Check in and out was a breeze, room was beautiful with a killer ocean view and comfortable bed, and the location was an easy walk to downtown Condado.

We loved the location of this hotel. Close to the cruise ship terminal, airport, but just outside the old San Juan traffic. The beach is more of a algún with big rocks stopping the big waves. Shallow and calmed waters. Perfect for kids, paddle boarding and kayaking. Only downside was we could feel the mattress springs. Mattresses could definitely be better, but overall it was a great stay.

Great hotel and great location. Staff was very accommodating and friendly

This was a great hotel conveniently located in the middle of everything. The only issue I had was the remote control and room phone not working. Everything else was fantastic!

Great location Nice beach located at the entrance of lots of restaurants. I would stay here again.

I'm there every December but I think it's losing it's popularity.

Hilton Honors...10th floor...beautiful laguna view...Very clean room. Soap and shampoos smell awesome. Stayed from a Saturday to a Monday...Great restaurant options inside the hotel; Pikayo, Las Ventanas, Noodle Bar and Dennys. Drinks are reasonable at Dennys since Mimosas are 2x1 on Saturdays and Sundays. Definitely would come back.

Only complaint was some mold spots on the bathroom ceiling.

I only had one problem with their policy of keeping your money for a few days after you checked out. I never heard of such an inconvenience.

Our experience was good as we always enjoy coming to PR. We always stay at this hotel and for some reason I didn't find our room to be as clean as usual, a little dust build up on the metal table lamps and rust starting to occur due to the humidity. The lamp shades were dusty and stained. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom due to humidity. these are things that occur do to the weather and I understand that but maybe a little more preventative cleaning could help. It was our first time renting a car and we had to pay for hotel parking. Which sucked because there wasn't even a discount given for it. I hope these few things are addressed cause we love this hotel and it's location.

They stole my bag and $400 cash plus my $500 sun glasses! No one made a report, no one followed up but the same day I was approached by security to please not smoke by the pool even though it was empty since their lights were out for 2 days too! Never again, it use to be my fav place, I even sent some friends and family there but after this poor service, I'm done with them! The end!

The hotel was nice, right on the beach. Check in however not so much. We were told our room wasn't ready. No problem we got a drink and sat outside and enjoyed the waves crashing. After an hour or so we checked again, room still not ready. All in all it took more than 5 hours after we originally got there before we could get into our room. The room was nice and we enjoyed it.

I had reserved 2 rooms for a girls getaway to celebrate a birthday. Our party of 4 women arrived at the hotel just before 5pm to check in. The hotel advertises that check in begins at 4pm, as previously noted we arrived just before 5pm, however after getting my name, the clerk walked away from the counter for about 10 - 15 minutes without a word and when he returned advised that the rooms were not clean. He also advised that he didn't have a time frame for when to expect them to be ready. However, as a courtesy we should accept $50 in hotel credit to grab lunch while we waited. Although we were weary from the long flight, we accepted the offer and had lunch within the resort at the Cafe Caribe. We ordered sandwiches and one individual tried the chicken parmesan - all of the meals were bland and fairly inedible. About 90 minutes later, we had yet to receive an update on the status of our room reservations so we decided to walk around the resort and the main strip of Ashford Avenue. We returned to the hotel around 8pm and still had not received an update so we again checked with the front counter to get a status update. We were told that the rooms still were not available. We requested to speak with a manager when he came over he essentially advised there was nothing he could do to assist. We even inquired if there were any 2 rooms available we could use and the manager simply advised they were completely booked up. That left us stranded 2500 miles from home.
