The hotel had a very welcoming staff that helped us with everything from day one . Philippe the first person we met in the hotel managed to help us with the early check in , the room changing , the baggages he made our day after a long exhausting trip. The concierges also were available at any moment for information and suggestions .I think the staff really made our stay more pleasant . The location is good, not really near Old San Juan but if you don't want to walk you can take an Uber for 6-10 $. Overall it was a quiet and comfortable resort so that you could enjoy some days in relax .

Had a great time the hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff was great.

Awesome resort. Nice pools and beach access. Staff at aqua restaurant were terrible except Rosa. She deserves a raise!

Hotel good but does need a little TLC. Staff very nice.

My only bad review is that the rooms didn't have microwaves.

Friendly staff, great view of the beach and great amenities. But the room cleanliness was disappointing. Sheets were dirty and the room was dusty.

The room was all we needed, with two large beds and a balcony to boot. The balcony is great because no one can see what you're doing: reading, drinking, goofing off, falling asleep with a book in your hands, or simply watching the sunset.

I was there for a few days. Enjoyed the pool area and the nearby beach, booked a few trips from the concierge to visit the world's longest zipline (ToroVerde) and the El Yunque rainforest, asked for directions to attractions and change for the bus (0.75 cash only per trip). It is incredibly busy during checkout and checkin, and the staff may seem unfriendly at times. Along with the zipline and the rainforest, Old San Juan, Bioluminiscent Bay, and Flamenco Beach/Culebra are a must!

Nice hotel nice restaurants right inside hotel , clean rooms with ocean views. Had a great experience.

It was a great experience I would definitely go back

Everything for the most part was good. The room was huge, balcony included, and beautiful pools. My only issue is that they need to get new coverings for the outside furniture, new beach chairs, and re-paint the hotel walls everywhere. They all look stained and unpleasant. Also, their wifi sucked. But other than that, beautiful hotel.

Hotel can be updated, rooms better cleaning water pressure was extremely low! July 4th week ,one elevator working. Gym equipment was so rusty hard to work out. There's FEE'S for everything! They charge you for self parking 18.95 per day and valet 25.00 really?! Resort fee as well. Too pricey! Rental car are very sneaky with extra fee's. I'm Puerto Rican but must say it has gotten expensive to visit!

Great staff and clean hotel. Close to attractions and old San Juan. We will return soon.

Calling tomorrow just got home now overlooking my parking bill for the stay in hope it was a mistake over charge hope I get a call from the bill correction tomorrow

Friendly staff except the pool side servers. Excellent housekeeping services. Parking amd resort fee too expensive!!

It was beautiful .. close to the beach .. 24 hour swimming pool ... a bunch of cool places to eat .. they had a bar in the swimming pool .. a lot of cool stuff for kids it was just amazing I had so much fun planning to go back very soon

I had a very unpleasant experience in this hotel. The first day we arrived we were given a dirty room. That's fine because it happens and the guest service (front desk) changed our room. The second room was fine. Then we tried to connect to the internet and succeeded after a few attempts to find out it was very slow. After 10 minutes the internet signal disappeared. Called guest service and asked for assistance and they put us on hold for more than 15 minutes. We hung up and called again and they again put us on hold for half an hour. Hung up and tried to call again and they did not bother to pick up the phone the third time. Went downstairs and complained to guest service and the front desk guy tells me he can't do anything about it unless I bring my phone down or change the room again. Kenny (the name of the front desk) was very condescending. We all have bad days but he should have taken off if he had one. They offered me credit when all I needed was just the internet. Went down with the phone and another front desk tried to assist (Cassandra) and she did her best but the internet still didn't work in the room. I was told that no one from maintenance staff available in the hotel during the weekend so I had to wait until Monday. Monday came and went and i never received the internet for the whole vacation week. In 2017 this should not happen because i paid for a room with internet and never received it. The whole ordeal changed the mood of our vacation.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay all employees were amazing and very attentative

Nice hotel. Wish they had more on site activities. Tennis court was closed and the casino was shutdown. Overall stay was good.

My wife and I visited San Juan/Puerto Rico from 15-26 May, 2017. We stayed at the Condado Plaza Hilton in San Juan. While the amenities, facilities and services were all pleasing, the location left us rather insulated and isolated from the real economy and variety of San Juan. The results were an over-priced and insular experience. Parking a vehicle at the Condado Plaza Hilton cost appx $19.00 a day, yet the location makes it extremely difficult to walk to any nearby restaurants/businesses. I urge you to get out of the Condado are and explore old San Juan. Our next trip will involve a hotel that is not isolated from the rest of San Juan. We found the prices in the Condado area to be very close to those in Denver or any other large/expensive U.S. Mainland city. Ten minutes away the prices were much lower, the variety greater, and the 'flavors' more authentic. Thankfully, we had plenty of time in Puerto Rico, and we soon figured out that there was much more to see and do outside the Condado area.
