During my stay, the initial room was unsanitary due to a significant cockroach infestation, presenting a clear health hazard. While I appreciate being transferred to a second room, this alternative accommodation was also inadequate as the ceiling was leaking. Furthermore, the room's design and maintenance were poor; notably, the electrical outlets were inconveniently hidden under the side drawers, making them difficult to access. The resort's general amenities were also severely lacking, with only two umbrellas available for the entire property, one of which was broken. The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I consider booking this hotel a mistake.

I felt like I was transformed back to the 70's. Red? Red walls/red velour kidney shaped couch? That, I did not expect. The TV was snowy, never a clear picture. Although our stay was for one evening, I think an update of the rooms should be priority. Bathroom was nice, lobby nice pool area was beautiful with an exquisite view. The gift shop had plenty to look through and shop.

The hotel seems a little outdated. There were tiny ants in our room and on the balcony but the view oh the view was so beautiful. The ants were plenty but they weren’t in the bed or on counters.

This is our third time staying at this property. You would think by now they would have more than one elevator working. This hotel does not have dining options at all. You will have to adventure out. The beach at the property is small and crowded. Better beach options within walking distance or catching a uber.

On arrival the bathroom was never cleaned and guests disgusting rotting food riddled the fridge. We had to ask for room service twice after hours after arrival to please come up. We never received new toiletries or towels in the 4 days there we would have to ask. And I emailed the hotel when I was told I paid everything to then be charged hundreds more after our stay. With no email response back
