Friendly, helpful staff. Very affordable room. Got good advice on where to get food.

Non smoking room reeked like smoke, phone didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush

Next to the freeway, yet we did not hear the freeway traffic. Non-smoking? - Not true. Hallway smelled of fresh smoke and room smelled of stale smoke. We saw multiple people smoking just outside the outside doors. There was no other choice in places to stay. We bought air fresheners for the two night stay.

The Electrical outlet was not working near the desk.

I would rate Motel 6 nicer. Not worth it spend the extra cost to stay in Pueblo.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in. New paint - clean. Our room smelled like animal urine. Dated property.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The walls are paper thin though as I could hear the couple in the room next door trying to soothe their crying baby during the night. The breakfast was described as a "hot breakfast". It was a hot waffle! Hardly what I would describe as a hot breakfast. The price for the room was pretty reasonable. If I'd have paid any more I would have been disappointed. This hotel actually could do with some modernization.

Our room was clean, I asked for a non-smoking room. The smell was overwhelming, couldn't sleep because of the smell. Even my pajamas smelled of smoke, seriously. We had no hot water in the morning, the breakfast area was filthy and the food, what there was of it was nasty.

On check in day I called 3hours in advance and asked for a early check in and was told my room would be ready . When i arrive 45 min. for early check in I'm told that there are no king sized beds. When I made the reservation I made it for a King size bed and told the hotel I had a reservations for a king size bed when I called . Time was pressing so I took what was available (also I already paid for a room-nonrefundable booking)When i was driving towards my destination I saw thier pool and very irked to see an empty pool.one of the reasons I booked the hotel I guess the room was sufficient for an over night stay and the price was OK but not what I thought I was getting. PS breakfast was a littleno a lot on the weak side of continental breakfast
