This was the worst stay I have ever had in a Hilton property. We changed rooms 3 times as during our inspection, each room had mattresses with urine, blood, sweat, or fecal stains on them. They told us "we aren't the right fit for their hotel" and offered us to check out. We explained there was no where to go and we were here for a funeral with my senior parents, and asked for a partial refund so we had parity between the room cost and the quality of the room. We were refused. The only accomodation made was to give us extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which we used to add further barriers from the dirty mattresses. There were long hairs in the shower on check in, dirty toothpaste flecks on the mirrors, and garbage behind the bed. The included breakfast was inedible. The icing on the cake was we had a sudden refund come through on our account yesterday and thought the hotel had regained compassion, only for it to vanish overnight. Avoid, and stay anywhere else. A cheap motel would have been cleaner and provided us a better night sleep.

Unfortunately our stay was not great primarily because we did not have hot water to shower in the morning and they did not get it resolved before we had to check out. Breakfast was ok but coffee and some food items ran out and were not refilled timely. Also, pool was out of order.

False advertising

The hotel was clean my problem was we choose this hotel based on them having a pool and daily housekeeping for the rooms. The pool was closed due to maintenance which coincidentally was also under maintenance last year for the same Lacrosse tournament. After being at a field watching games I all day from 10 am - 7 pm the last thing I wanted to do was make the beds were not made and no fresh towels. I had to make my own bed and call for fresh towels and they seemed annoyed as they were busy. Below is a description from your website for $265 per night I expect my room to be cleaned and the pool to be operational. Or a refund. We had 3 rooms at the hotel my daughter and her family and my other daughter had a room
