I did not like that the TV was near sofa but far from the bed. I liked the jacuzzi.

This hotel seems much diminished by COVID-19. As just one example, there was no breakfast served in the morning because the staff member responsible for breakfast did not come in. No apology, no attempt to provide breakfast, no compensation, it just wasn't going to happen for guests that day.
Easy & pleasant check-in & check-out. Bathroom sink drainage backing up, dirty elevator, no hair dryer, room rates high, morning breakfast hours should be extended.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating but this location is in rough shape. The furniture in the rooms are beat up and chipping badly rusted sink and tub the surfaces were oily and not properly cleaned and the pool and hot tub were old and crusty as well.

We booked the hotel at the last minute after a long day at the rink. The rooms were large, clean and perfect in every way. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was great, lots of options, reasonable prices.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the coffee bar downstairs are the high points for me.
