We thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we stayed. The guest relations manager was so helpful, personable, customer focused and a pure delight. The restaurant staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They both made our stay a 5 star. The rooms was very comfortable from the bed to the creamy sheets and nice pillows. We were very satisfied and would stay again if ever in Genoa. Thank you.

Good location on the water. We just wanted a place to rest this worked great, the breakfast was the best we had over three weeks of travel, also a cappuccino maker in the room and comfortable bed. Three stops from the train station for €1.50. Our dinner experience at the hotel wasn't good, and the charges for incidentals is over the top (4€ for water). There are cheaper options alone waterway adjacent to the hotel. All around I give it a 4.
